We love Jersey Mike's, but ever since the new owners bought the place, it's never clean. The staff stays busy, but they never seem to clean the tables throughout the day. I have to wash the table everytime we eat there. I'm not even a germaphobe.
The air conditioning has been broken for at least a week, it's like a sauna in there. Being in there long enough to order sucks, I can only imagine how your poor employees feel. They have to work in that all day. In summer. This is unacceptable. Fix it.
Don’t bother placing a mobile order. It’s so much faster to wait in line. Been coming here for years maybe once a month. Took a half hour to make my mobile order today and I waited in store for 20 mins while they helped everyone else
