Food wasnt up to par (mistakes happen), i came back and the shift lead Zack or Zach (blonde hair tall guy) did an incredible job listening to my complaint and replacing the meal incredibly quick with amazing customer service. We ordered 2 thigh dinner and got 2 legs. Also a papa burger combo, no pickle no onion, it came with pickles and onion. Also ordered famous bowl. Pretty much disappointed 75% of the time. It's close, that is why we go there....
On top of that, these guys are always so happy. Pleasant and clean lobby regularly and a quick drive thru. There's a KFC closer to me by 2 miles and I still prefer the BL crew. Thanks for ALWAYS making It a great experience.
