Great food, friendly helpful staff, excellent salsa’s to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed eating here so much so we came back the second day of our visit. Tried breakfast the first day and thought the burrito was a slam dunk so we came back the second day for lunch. Carne asada was on point!
Best Mexican food in Bonney Lake! So delicious, wonderful service. I have zero complaints about this place. The fresh made juice is always so good, and different ones every day. The cantaloupe is my favorite, but the strawberry horchata is also so good.
The alambre dish is some of the tastiest food I've had.

Honestly, this is the best food in bonney lake in my opinion. The other Mexican options around taste like slop to me but everything at La Central I've had has been authentic and tasty. The enchiladas rojo is my fav, but the asada fries are also as good as I've had in LA. The staff is also super friendly and service is quick.
