Unbelievably rude employee... If I could give the customer service here a -5, I would. After spending over $40 on food I noticed that I was missing an item from my order. It was no big deal, I just circled back around to the drive through. While waiting to get to the window I noticed that I was also missing one of the extra cheese sauces I ordered so I let them know once I pulled up. The owner of this franchise should have it revoked by corporate. The only thing that is consistent is them not actually being able to fulfill an order correctly. Clearly there is not a process at the store to insure order consistency. I’m sure there is franchise operations guidelines that are not being followed.
