I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from Starbucks - @Market at Lake Tapps/Bonney Lake Starbucks employee during a recent drive-through experience for the first time. When I attempted to pick up my mobile order, the employee spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, instructing me to use the speaker despite my having ordered ahead of time.
