Poor customer service, training needed. Asked for a meal and asked to substitute one item for another(common asks in restaurants) and he just said no. I dont need additional drinks. Instead I just purchased 1 item and he didn't even listen and gave wrong item.
Pretty great, I was a little hesitant to order here because of the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised, food was hot and fresh, lady was kind. Service was fast.
Used to work here and the food was always amazing! Now trying it for the first time in a couple years I was again disappointed because I asked for grilled banana peppers and got grilled jalapeño’s instead which has happened before in the past last few time I came here! I’m currently pregnant and didn’t want something spicy and banana peppers give me the satisfaction I need with them being slightly tangy with a slight spice and was extremely disappointed when I got jalapeños....read full review
