I was so disappointed in this Habit Burger location today.... the burgers were so awful and I can't explain the weird taste.... they were also so tiny for the char burgers. First and only time going to Habit was a few weeks ago in South Hill Puyallup and I was so amazed at how Hugh and tasty the burgers were and I usually hate burgers 🍔. My grandchildren were so not liking the BonneyLake Habit today and I'll not go back.

This location is overpriced for the product they put out. Especially in the drive thru. They take way longer than it should. Ask for a tip in the drive thru. Wr have been multiple times incase it was just a bad day. Soggy fries every time. Over cooked burgers and chicken. And the flavored teas taste gross and old. Big disappointment.

Came in on a saturday afternoon about 1:30 pm. Ordered a charbuger meal and added some dipoing sauce. Fries were outstanding and loved the fry sauce, as well as the teriyaki sauce i had purchased. Burger was fresh and tasty. Though the burger is expensive if you compare it to McDs or that sort of fast food place, it's much better. To me, the fries were the best part of the meal. Seating area was clean and staff friendly and attentive. Wil be coming back.

Wow. Worst Habit Burger I’ve ever been to. We came despite already seeing the poor reviews. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing meal. We had to point out how stale the food was and have them remake it. My kid’s hamburger also had the cooks finger make a hole all the way through the entire burger. We did not finish our food. What a waste.

Going thru the drive thru I saw the Sandwich with the Avocado on it with grilled onions. Had not been there in a year, but this caught my eye. Ordered this got home a half an hour later unwrapped my sandwich, no Avocado,& partially grilled onions. So disappointed!

3 meals and over $50!!! Not to mention we have been sitting here in the drive thru after paying for over 15 minutes now. Nobody else in drive thru, can see food sitting ready and nobody helping anyone. Suddenly she noticed we are still waiting and grabs the food that's been sitting. So we got not fresh food, terrible service and it took 16 minutes from order to hand off. Wild! Never again.

Great burgers! They offer lettuce 🥬 wrap! Very juicy & flavorful. We will definitely be back! Great value too! 👍🏻

I feel like it was good food at a fair price, they got my order wrong initially but quickly fixed it. Instead of scolding the new employee the manager was really nice and encouraging. Will definitely come here again.

This is how you know Bonney Lake population is growing out of control. There's no way anybody would go here more than one time to check it out. And this place still exists. $20 for a double cheeseburger, medium fry and medium drink and fry sauce.

I'm sorry, but this place is not something I would ever spend money on again. The burger itself taste wise was cheesy and pretty decent. Size wise, like everything else too small for the price. The fry for how much you pay you would think you get a decent size amount of fries, and you would be wrong. But not bad tasting. Hard to screw up for fries. Middle of the road if you'd like fat fries. The drink is basically a medium size Pepsi products. Again for the prices they charge you think you get 32 ounce.
I literally feel like it's the most overpriced food I've ever purchased. Completely disappointed when going into the bag. It's fast food portions, and fast food taste, but more than five guys prices.
And yes, the staff could not speak English as others pointed out. at least they didn't seem interested in doing it. I don't care about the people and back, but the person taking your order should be able to speak the damn language and be attentive. They forgot my fry sauce so I had to get out of my truck after noticing my disappointing food and then go in and ask for fry sauce. Even that took longer than it should. Was basically ignored for a solid three minutes at the very front of the counter with nobody in line. And several people saw me.

I only tried the burger. They had a bunch of other stuff. Maybe they for salads after tax either. I can only go by what I got in the service I received received.

Horrible service, below average food, and above average prices. I'll never go again. Frankly I can't believe they're in business.
