I love the food at Wendy’s but this drive through usually takes at least 45 minutes, even if you order online. Tonight I ordered frostys on the app, and went to pick them up the doors were locked at 8:50. Their phone is also off the hook. After I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, the drive through person said “our dining room closes at 8”. Umm, ok. So why does your app give that option? Ridiculous. Not even an apology.
Poor management Maria , called to complain she told me she couldn’t find my order so I guess I’m out $20 bucks. Treated me like I was lying. I made a call to corporate and she said the owner would call me to fix this. Guess what no call
