Came later in the evening in the drive through 11/3, asked for a baconator, extra mayo.. there were obviously no customers inside as I could hear the workers inside joking “oh mayonator oh!” Over and over making obscene noises. Funny, sure but very unprofessional. Burger ended up having a honestly ridiculous amount of mayo and was severely undercooked to the point of being inedible. Maybe they should pay more attention to grilling and less to the jokes. Worker on the till looked uncomfortable at least as it was clear I could hear them.. waste of money.

Tables were dirty, food was good. They wouldn’t give me a refill on natural lemonade even though I’ve gotten refills in the past. They said they couldn’t refill it even though the cup was over half ice.

3 Stars because they just changed their morning dining in hours to open at 9am... Why they need to wait so long to open the lobby up...who knows. But that only gives an hour an a half of dining in during breakfast hours. I drive a truck that can't fit in the drive through & would run inside often to order, I guess I will be going to Chick-Fil-A instead. Also, fix your front lobby door. No reason for it to be so heavy to open.

Did an online order, when I got to the window they were loudly complaining about how big the order was. Shoved my drinks and receipt at me without even saying anything. Sorry for ordering food from your establishment I guess? Also they forgot half the order.

Staff is very friendly and makes orders quickly and productively, the food safety is perfect and the building is very modern looking and clean, this place is great for lunches and dinners and the best meal is the biggie bag, or the baconator.

The service here is unprofessional and lazy. During a slow day we waited at the drive-thru window for our order. The workers inside were gathered around, ranting about customers and the pains of having to work during busier hours, while staring at their phones. It was super uncomfortable as I sat there with my window open as well as theirs, and they knew that I could hear their rants and complaints. I got food poisoning from the burger that day (this was about a month ago). There have been times that the fries are stale and nasty, too. Additionally, they oftentimes mess up my order, forgetting half of my items. Make sure you check your bag before driving off!!

Multiple times when there’s no line of cars or customers they forget half the order . The last time the female night manager was there and still missed multiple burgers and fries . Only getting 5/10 items must be a tough task when’s there’s 3-4 people playing on their phones Instead of working . Hands down worst service I’ve had at any Wendy’s East or West coast in 30+ states I’ve ordered in.

Easily the worst service of any Wendy's I've been to out of 20+. Wendy's is usually notorious for great service but this one is the exact opposite. Ambiance is solid & food is as great as any other Wendy's, & the seating area is nice as well. But service alone will make me never return
