The price of the food is very good and the portions are generous. You do need to have a membership to eat here however but if you don't have one, you can ask for a tasting membership which is a $5 fee on top of your check. Service is friendly but some of the waitstaff seem new. We had one of the chicken skewer appetizers and it was not cooked thoroughly. This may suggest maybe the kitchen cooks are new too (who knows). But they are trying so I'd still give them 3 stars.
Great little neighborhood restaurant. Tasty (casual dining) food for reasonable prices , and polite and friendly wait staff. The only caveat being that access is limited to guest membership, otherwise we would likely visit at least once a week.

We love The Mantel restaurant. The service is always excellent - really friendly and knowledgeable. We were there for a special Valentine's dinner. We had the Lobster bisque, followed by a ribeye steak with grilled potatoes and asparagus. Finished off with chocolate fondue for two. A delicious dinner and amazing service.
