People seem to complain about having to bay for a membership. I personally don't mind paying for a diners club. We just did the $15 sampler experience and enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was extremely pleasant and very attentive. We tried a couple starters, and both had the seafood linguine, and our son had the fish and chips. Everything was very nice. You have to be a member. (Or pay an extra $15 fee) I understand what they're trying to go for but I think the location in which this restaurant is located at is the reason that the restaurant was 80% empty on a Saturday evening. It should have been packed. The food is good the service is friendly. But I'm not going to go back if I have to pay a $15 fee nor do I feel the need to pay an annual membership fee just to go there to eat and still pay the bill like everybody...

We love The Mantel restaurant. The service is always excellent - really friendly and knowledgeable. We were there for a special Valentine's dinner. We had the Lobster bisque, followed by a ribeye steak with grilled potatoes and asparagus. Finished off with chocolate fondue for two. A delicious dinner and amazing service. Thank you to the staff of the Mantle! ???
