Ordered the roast beef and the beef and chedder and the mew Chicken bacon ranch fries. Waited 10 minutes for everything to come cold. Fries only came with cold cheese and baconSandwiches came with super thick beef that didnt resemble roast beef.

I had a grandson that has thrown up all over! They were so nice and helpful! The lady behind the counter offered to help and let me know to ask if I needed anything, as we had some cleanup in the restroom to do on him! Great service! Above and beyond!

Why does this specific Arby's close early half the time? This says the hours are open until 10 pm, but I drove by yesterday at 7:40, and the place was completely dark.

No big surprise you're rated at a 2 star given my most recent experience. The staff forgot meal items on my order last night and only replaced the fries when I went in today. Gal behind the counter had a terrible attitude and refused to give me a name/number for management. This could have been a really easy fix that will now cost you around $1,000 a year from my once a week stop I'll no longer be making.

My smokehouse brisket was pretty ugly, not sure if the meat is even fully cooked, the item was barely warm. The bun was slightly neglected and too crisp, crunchy. My roast beef and cheddar was also similar bun quality but it was so lathered in sauce it was soggy.Fries were passable, typical curly fries. Store was busy with cars in line when I arrived for the little lot this is squeezed into, but doesn't mean you sacrifice quality. I'd rather wait and have good food than get in and get out for something slapped together. Just disappointing and unappetizing after not being here in so long.

Ordered from the app and showed up 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, waited another ten minutes because they hadn't even started making my gyro. Wish I could say it was because they were busy but I was the only one there, the only order on the screen. Why does it take a "Fast Food Sandwich Shop" 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches?
