About Arby's

Arby's is a nice restaurant with good food and easy freeway access. The staff can be hit or miss, but they are helpful in challenging situations. Recently, customers have noted that the dining room needs to be warmer and that some ceiling tiles show water damage, pointing to a need for better maintenance. Additionally, customers have experienced issues with the restaurant closing early and delays in food preparation. Despite this, the service goes above and beyond in accommodating unexpected incidents such as cleanup. A young lady named Isabel was particularly praised for her assistance with a jamocha shake order, which was not available on the app for this location. The app ordering system might need improvement, as some customers have faced delays even when the restaurant wasn't busy. However, there have been positive experiences as well, with a polite and considerate team member ensuring customers had everything they needed during their visit.
