Cake was actually really good but they misspelled the name on the cake unfortunately. It’s partially my fault for not opening and checking it there. I thought they just didn’t write on the cake because there wasn’t space, and in the box you couldn’t see the writing but when I opened the box I realized they had wrote it on the back of the cake. 🤦🏽‍♀️

First time here and the staff member working tonight was amazing. He so warmly greeted me and hyped me up when I was picking up a birthday ice cream cake. Ice cream cake looked beautiful, as well.

I actually was trying to go to another Baskin-Robbins location closer to where I lived, but they weren’t available. This experience was worth the drive!!

Update: I visited recently and ice cream is frozen again! Thank you for taking the feedback and improving the temperature! 💕

I frequent this location often and have always enjoyed my visits. However, I’ve noticed a change over the past month with the ice cream. The temperature seems to have been raised for the freezers, as the ice cream is now much softer than it used to be. In fact, it’s often so soft that I have to take it home and refreeze it before...
