Love the taste but when ordering online they didn't have the option to do dark only. The manager or owner?? Went out of his way to accommodate and even spent time to talk to me. Such good customer service.

Update Review (from a year ago): Ezzells has lost their love and passion for making their chicken aaannnd that is damn Sad! Second time third month that I've come to Ezzell's Ann's BOTH times the chicken is tasteless and the white meat isso tough and chewy that you simply can not eat it! Waste of money and product. Plus it took 30 minutes to fill our takeout order.Q:Why did you change your process? After two separate visits this is not an "off day" issue.************(My review from a year ago)Delicious chicken, rolls, sides and fast, friendly service with a Smile! The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Why go any where else for chicken when you can go to Ezell's? This particular location has never disapponted! Always on spot.

3 years in Texas, and I end up finding the best fried chicken once I move to the PNW.Spot on perfect.I am adding an extra gym day so I can eat here.

Famous fried chicken place and you don’t serve greens??? Bizarre!We stopped in for okra and greens while in town from Poulsbo!!Very disappointed to say the least ☹️?Dietary restrictions: My stomach doesn’t digest meat.We stopped for greens and okra.No greens at a famous fried chicken place.

I placed an order today and picked up the food. though when mac and cheese was scooped out of the container, there was black hair strand stuck inside.

walked in while waiting for an alignment on my subaru being done across the street. was standing by the front counter waiting to order for about 5mins, with multiple employees making eye contact with me and seemingly ignoring me. i figured they were just busy doing other things but a "we will be with you in a minute" wouldve been nice. what led me to walk out before even placing an order, was another customer coming in behind me, and then the manager starts hollering from the kitchen to the guy asking what he was getting today. the blatant disrespect left me extremely disappointed as i love their chicken, but this extremely poor customer service made me feel as if they did not deserve my business
