I say this, with some sadness in my heart, but I feel compelled to make the following proclamation.
EZELL'S has the best peach cobbler I've ever tasted in my life! It is better than my GRANDMOTHER'S! (And most DEFINITELY better than mine!)
Every soul food restaurant has peach cobbler. I never have had peach cobbler out. It never looks right to me. It never looks like my grandma's.
