Jessica the barista at this location was so friendly and kind. I feel like every other gourmet I go to they don't even interact besides saying "what can I get you" Jessika has her customer service down. She was very sweet and she listened to my concerns about making my coffee perfect! Which she did! Tasted absolutely gourmet. I tipped this nice lady $10 today and usually only tip other ladies $1-2 so if your working here and see this, be more social otherwise why are you working at coffee stand? She was so nice and made delicious cup of coffee and it was my first geniune and real interaction with a nice barista! Thank you Jessica! I will be seeing her from now on!

I normally love all the Gourmet Latte locations. On Tuesday 1/16, early afternoon I visited the location by Costco in Lynnwood, the 2 female baristas way over charged me for my drink. When I asked them about the price they were so rude and argued with me for way too long. They wasted my time and the people in line behind my selfs' time. In the end she admitted they had charged me for a syrup I didn't get. She ended up giving me some of my money back, pulling it out of the tip jar and she seemed so put off that I would want any money back after being overcharged. She tried to tell me that charging me for a mocha doesn't actually include the mocha sauce and that is an extra charge, obviously untrue. It was an awful experience that left me pissed off the rest of the day. Worst customer service ever, I had also already left a tip. Had she just apologized in the first place and admitted the mistake I wouldn't have asked for money back. Extremely rude! Also the day before on the 164th location a new barista made my drink. I ordered a 24oz and when I went to drink it later, the cup was only half full. A very expensive 12oz coffee! Train your employees better and don't allow them to be extremely rude to customers, especially if they are wrong!

Jessica was extremely kind and helpful, this was my first time in a long time going to a coffee stand and while I was unsure on what I would enjoy. she was patient and gave me some recommendations based off what I have enjoyed in the past! I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the amazing baristas at Gourmet Latte. Every visit has been great thanks to their awesome service. I’ve enjoyed engaging conversations with them and their drink recommendations, like the Chubby Bunny Mocha and Ocean Breeze Rev-Up, have been absolutely phenomenal. However, I feel compelled to draw attention to an area of concern that has been bothering me about Gourmet Latte. It seems that the management’s treatment of its employees might be falling short of the appreciation they truly deserve. I’ve become aware of potential issues with working conditions that might be in violation of Washington State labor laws. It’s disappointing to hear that employees, including those who work longer shifts exceeding the standard 8 hours, are reportedly not being granted their rest breaks. Additionally, I’ve observed that there are no designated areas for baristas to sit during their shifts. At this particular stand, I’ve even once witnessed the manager (I believe her name is Laurie or Lauren) negatively talk to other baristas.As someone who has spent 6 years in the food industry, I’ve never witnessed nor accepted such working conditions. It’s important to emphasize the significance of providing fair and respectful working conditions to ALL employees. The dedication and hard work of baristas should never go unnoticed.I sincerely hope that this review brings to light the importance of treating employees with the respect they deserve. If these concerns aren’t addressed, further steps must be taken to ensure that the rights of these hardworking individuals are recognized. While I’d prefer a positive change, I’m prepared to file a worker’s rights complaint with the Department of Labor & Industries if necessary.

My friend suggested me to go here and get the Iced Mango Green Tea with three pumps of Rev Up. Absolutely delicious and sweet! Tastes like a redbull italian soda but BETTER! I highly recommend to try this drink. I haven’t tried anything else at Gourmet Latte but I’m sure it would be like any regular drive thru espresso stand.
