The food and service was good, the only things I didnt like is that the fish is so very small now! The other is this particular Ivars doesn't let you self serve your own condiments. You have to ask for small little containers so you need to ask for extra while dining in!

The prices have gone up ridiculously high. The food is still good but not worth the price they charge. I was kind of disappointed with her soda options in terms of those that were diet/zero But in fairness I'm not a Pepsi person. Customer service at the counter was really pleasant.
Overall the restaurant could have been cleaner

We usually go to the Kirkland location but today we decided to stop the Ivars in Bothell and everything was a five star, the fresh crisp fish, crisp fries, very courteous and engaged cashier girl, she even gave us two kids crackers AND brought us hand wipes to our table. The place is clean. It was very sweet.
