Old left over chicken tasted reheated. Got me 2 times now. Never again

Not sure if this is how it is supposed to be. have been there 3 times now and one of those orders was food delivery app (over the course of 2 years). So I do not think I will try a 4th time.
Food on food delivery was COLD, and I do mean like it was winter (that order was made in dead of summer when we didn't want to cook due to heat). Chicken and JoJos. The potatoes were almost frozen, the chicken was under cooked. Had to pop in air fryer.
Next we only ordered chicken, dark meat. and somehow it was dried out inside and tasted like old fryer oil.
this last time- The chicken tasted like MOTOR OIL Smells! Ate one bite each of us and tossed it all.
We have been more than forgiving with 2 other bad experiences, but the 3rd was final straw. The guys who work there do NOT have much work ethic, or much conscious about feeding people inedible food. Wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even have food handler permits. Save your money and don't risk your health here.

I visited Krispy Krunch BOTHELL many times. Staffs are friendly and especially Visa and Lucky are very welcoming and friendly. Would visit again

So the food selections especially the crispy chicken! My God I got a six piece and I freaking love it! But I also love their alcohol selection! You'd think it would be a gas station right? But it's not! It's also a liquor store! Decent prices for being in Seattle. You're not going to get great in Seattle. But for the selection. Pretty cool location.
As far as staff members. I don't know, it's give and take. I think that there's days where they're really amazing! I mean there are also days where staff is subpar. But it's a gas station? They probably hate their lives too!
Overall! The business is down to earth! I think it's what I love about it! They're not over the top with their customer service and communication! But that's what makes it feel like a family-owned business!
Overall if you live in Bothell Washington in the location! It's perfect especially for the Avalon apartment complex which is right down the road from them.

These guys are great! And I love their chicken, I like it better than Ezils
This chicken is so good! The krunch is intense and it's moist. This is inside a gas station and you should not let that deter you. Get some great chicken, wedges and biscuits.

Not a lot of options/sides like other Krispy Krunchy locations. Tenders were ok but chicken pieces were over-cooked and dry.

Ordered Togo. Did not get the jumbalaya I paid for nor did I get the biscuit. Red Beans and rice smelt Smokey and was just absolutely terrible! The Mac N Cheese was watered down and horrible. The 4pc chicken was actually good, would rate the chicken 4.2 stars. But the fact that I didn’t get 2 items I paid for, and how horrible the sides were not sure I would eat here again
They changed the menu and now you have to buy a combo with sides and can’t buy chicken only. Really dumb decision. Bring back the old menu options.Literally went from cool to stool overnight.
