I love good food trucks. These are where you will find the taste of some of the best food made with heart. I will travel an hour sometimes to hit up some of my favorite ones but thankfully Mio is right in my backyard metophorically. Downtown Bothell to good food and some killer food trucks passing through but Mio is always there and does not disappoint. I recommend the breakfast burritos if your around early in the morning. They are HUGE and delish. Partner and I were so thrilled...
