“I’ve eaten here multiple times, and every time I am more impressed. The staff is attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The self service beer is fun. But the food is what keeps me coming back. My only complaint is that the food is actually so good that I find myself over eating to the point my eyes are bulging out of my head, and then I still order dessert. If you haven’t eaten here yet, do yourself a favor and try it out!“
“I had the most amazing experience at Corvus this evening! The atmosphere was amazing, the bartender was so kind, attentive, and made the most delicious cocktails! We only had fries, but they were super tasty, perfectly crisp, and well seasoned! I can't wait to come back for dumplings next time!“
“Food is not bad but sometimes the flavor can be a little bland. Good for a casual quick bite. They have gacha machine if you spend over 25 before tax - very fun! They also have affordable menu items to order like popcorn chicken, braised pork over rice - nothing to write home about but flavor is good! Personally i think if you're picking your own items for them to cook then YGF up the road has more selection and better flavors. I like the ambiance here though, and it's usually not as crowded.“
“I love the North Shore Lagoon. That's because I love the pork belly bahn mi and the Tokyo Tots. The rest of my family tolerates it because the menu isn't as varied as some of the other restaurants, but when I can get them to go there with me I'm always happy. The one thing I wish they'd do is add the Tokyo Tots as a side option with an upcharge. They will usually do it if I ask, but they always have to go talk to the kitchen and get a price for me. If I'm having a full dinner, I don't want a full thing of the tots, I just want them as my side. Charge me 3-4 bucks extra and we're all good! The service can be spotty here. Though friendly enough, it seems the employees are usually running around and it seems things maybe aren't super organized here. Post-Covid that seems to be the norm everywhere but I miss the days of personalized customer service where you feel welcome for being there. Despite the negatives I will continue to make time to get to the Lagoon. The drinks here are strong, the food is great, and it's one of the few McMennamin's locations where you don't usually have to wait long to get a table. (If you can get the little room all the way to the right when you first go in then try it, it's kind of a cool little room all to yourself and makes you feel special)“
