I never do this but I believe management should know what their employee and management are doing and saying to customers. Very disappointed... :(
Ordered via online, finially called 40 min AFTER the estimated delivery time, they told me it was delivered, which it wasnt. They then put me on hold. Came back and said there was an error, it will be there in 10 min. 20 min later it showed up cold as ice and crust was not fully cooked. I have used this place many times but after this experience i will take my business elsewhere. Not even a sorry from the store when i called or the delivery driver. Was not happy.
Tried to order with a promo code used my debit card and got screwed out of 25$ for the next three days we'll see if I get it back I'll never order from papa johns again!
