Incredible hidden gem. A literal portal to Mexico. 🇲🇽 The best service you will ever experience and you will truly feel at home. Literally the best authentic Mexican food in the Bothell/Mill Creek area. They have a proper sports bar, too, and the bartender is hilarious! Also, the regulars are respectful and it’s very family-friendly. They serve outside in the patio, too!

I was in the other night and ended up having a panic attack and fainting near the door. The staff was around me in seconds and helped me get up, they were so kind and very understanding. I’m very appreciative and always have a great dining experience at Patrona. We love to come for margs and enchiladas!

Lucky us - we found excellent Mexican food on Bothell-Everett Hwy on the border of Mill Creek and Bothell. That’s critical! We need more Mexican food.
