They used to be good. But not anymore. Cupcakes are dry. Frosting is meh!

Cupcakes will all taste the same; oily and the frosting is too sweet. They charged me for what they note as "gourmet", however these feel like homemade cupcakes with no flavor. I called the business, and asked if this is common business practice, and was met with a vapid response on how to contact the manager via an email. I really wanted to enjoy the $20.00 I spent on cupcakes, but this is a hard pass for me. 2 stars as the business was clean and the staff was polite.

Awful!!!!! I ordered a cake and cookies for my daughter’s wedding. My husband went to pick up cake and cookies, the cashier locked herself out of the store while helping him put desserts in car without the WEDDING CAKE!!!!! We also ordered special occasion cookies in the shape of comedy/tragedy masks and VW bug shape. They were HORRIBLE!!! The masks looked like Halloween ghosts and the bugs looked like a child decorated them!!!! So upset, and ZERO apologies from owner!!! We also ordered 20 initial cookies for the bride and groom which looked great but we only got 2!!!!!! Horrible!!! Do NOT count on for something so important as a wedding!

Warning ! This place charges $18 plus tax for 4 cupcakes !!!! Keep in mind very high prices for a cupcake.......

Pinkabella is the answer to many a dessert night, special occasion, or parent-child outing. Really good balance of frosting to cake with fun favorites and creative specials. But, don’t just stop at the cupcakes. You are missing out on the creativity and artistry of their custom cakes. Some of our favorite birthday memories have been cakes from Pinkabella.

Such great cupcakes. A little pricey but totally worth it. Especially their seasonal flavors, always good. The salted caramel and cookie dough are 2 of my must haves. They also sell edible cookie dough, which is also pretty great! Always fantastic service as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in and picking up some cupcakes and/or treats from this cute shop!

I have gone to pinkabella Bothell since they opened , but this time I was and am highly disappointed I ordered a 3” tier poka dot confetti cake for a co workers baby shower and instead I get a basic pink cake so now the shower will be ruined tomorrow because you can’t fix this from the night before and this is my co workers first baby so this will always be remembered next time a cake decorator takes a order I highly suggest listening to the customer ! I would never have spent 80-90 bucks on a very plain and basic cake . I do custom orders for all occasions and this is by far a let down.

I bought cake for my daughter birthday was burned and moist. I tried to call and I sent email for the manager but no response!!!. Very disappointed

I was craving a cupcake, so I searched thru doordash. This company came up and I thought... What the heck! Let's give em a try. I ordered lemon and peanut butter cup cupcakes. So far, I've had the peanut butter cup one and OH MY GAWD delish!!! I tried the lemon cupcake and it was uneventful. It didn't even taste like lemon.

I feel kinda bad about how much fat and sugar I just ate in one sitting but these cupcakes are amazing and I couldn't stop. I tried the coconut and the red velvet and both were true to form. What I really liked was that the flavor was most definitely there and delicious but it really wasn't too rich like you get at some cupcake joints. I thoroughly enjoyed them and I'll definitely be going back to try the rest!
