We love the vibe in Poquitos Bothell! Christopher the server was excellent. The drinks were marvelous! And Tuesdays is a great day to go, especially if you like tequila! The decor is fun and the food was awesome! Wonderful management.
I stopped by Poquitos on a Sunday afternoon and the bar was relatively empty. Parking was easy to find on the street. I started with their taquitos appetizer. The taquitos were super crispy. The variety of fillings - beef, chicken, and potato and chorizo - were really nice. I tried The Hector, a refreshing cocktail with mezcal and passionfruit. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was attentive. I'd recommend Poquitos for a casual drink and snack

We enjoy Poquitos! We popped in last night to celebrate our 31 yrs together. Yes, yes....at this point, everyday is an Anniversary....;)The chips are delightful (we need to eat less cuz it fills us up every time!), the drinks were delicious, Strawberry Marg and Paloma (sp?), meals were tasty and service was great.
