Food was just okay — the bread on my burger was stale and the overall quality felt low. But the main issue was the service. They ask for a tip on the checkout screen, yet I'm not sure what the tip is for: one person took my order, someone else made the food, and the cashier just sat on his phone with his feet up the whole time. While a little more expensive than Cup Bop, this was an amazing find in Bothell. Thier food was flavorful and worth every bite. Staff were helpful and polite. Will go back again on another visit.

Seoul Bowl is a great spot for a quick, fresh meal. The bowls are fully customizable with your choice of protein, lots of toppings, and plenty of sauces to mix and match. We usually order ahead and it’s almost always ready right when we get there to pick it up. It’s a solid option when you want something different and aren’t in the mood for Mexican or a poke bowl.
