This place is a gem hidden away on Chuckanut drive. The interior decor is very pleasant and reminiscent of a Omasake sushi restaurant in Tokyo .

I have only been to the brunches on Sunday and they are fabulous. Delicious food, quick and great service.

Alright place. Good staff and atmosphere. It’s a little over priced with small servings and food could use some improvement (spices, options). Got crab Mac and cheese and couldn’t taste any crab, basically standard Mac and cheese taste. Good place to get drinks with friends though.

Looked up Cobb and Corks hours...it said they're open till 9:00. Got there 8:25...sign says they're open till 8:30!!!! Hostess says their chief says they're closed!!! I worked for 17 years waiting tables in various restaurants in skagit valley. High end to sandwich shop...we NEVER Closed early. In this economy how can y
ou turn away customers! Thank goodness the Edison feed us. I... nor anyone I can tell will not darken your door.

Lovely place, will probably be back in the future. The food portions were reasonable, very high quality. Fried chicken was especially yummy. Cocktails were excellent as well, really yummy non alcoholic options. Service was great. ???

Very disappointed. Only ate a few bites and found the food totally unappetizing. Partly due to poor quality ingredients and partly poor preparation. More effort on presentation than taste.
Bummer, as this place was highly recommended

In a word, ‘mediocre’.

I’ve driven by this mostly busy establishment many times, and from reputation, understand it to be a finer dining experience. With a friend in town, decided to call for a reservation. With no answer, assumed they were busy with service, yet were able to make one from their website.

We showed up five minutes early to the 8 o’clock reservation, noticed a near empty main dining room, noticed a posted sign that read “Last seating at 8:15”, then moments later greeted by the hostess with no expression of enthusiasm. No problem.

Seated, our waitress was very pleasant and professional. And turns out, the best part of the experience.

The food was good, not amazing. Unfortunately, my Jaeger Schnitzel came without any noticeable key component to the sauce, though my partner’s dish seemed to have all the mushrooms. With waitress out of sight I summoned the hostess to acknowledge my concern. She appeared to dismiss my claim, as if confused, offering excuse, then returned the plate the kitchen. Almost immediately returned the dish with plenty of added sautéed mushrooms and no comment. Fine. We finished the meal and left mutually agreeing the experience was mediocre.

Sitting in the parking lot ready to leave, I noticed an email had come through from the cob + cork, declining the 8 o’clock reservation! Bigger issue, the business had no time to answer the phone yet time to decline the online reservation, and more importantly to myself, did someone take the effort to pick up the phone to state the restaurant couldn’t seat us after all. The attitude of our arrival was then realized.

To say the least, this has been a one and done experience for us. Good luck with your business model.

Sweet spot, pretty high price point. Wonderful atmosphere inside, simple menu with amazing sounding dishes. Our crab mac came out cold, they reheated but it did not taste very well at all. The burger and potatoes were delicious. Plenty of parking and has a cute patio.

We stopped here last week too try the Schnitzel, my girlfriend is from Switzerland and wanted Schnitzel for her birthday, it was pounded too thin and way overcooked with no flavor, the salted fry bread wasn't much better. The Schnitzel was the Shitzels !!!! On a positive note the table next to us had nice looking salads, and the waitress was very pleasant.

Pulled pork breakfast one of the best I’ve ever had. Seriously. Very impressed by this “out in the fields” restaurant. Service was really great, cheery and friendly. I hope we’ll make it back often.

First time at Cob & Cork - great atmosphere, excellent service, and the food was wonderful. Lots of good drink options too. The cortado pairs perfectly with the vanilla ice cream that's churned in house. We love that this restaurant is farm to table. We can't wait to come back!
