This is the kind of place you have to go to a few times to try different things on the menu as there are so many unique items that you're not gonna find anywhere else.

First time to this restaurant - We read great things about it and were excited to try. My husband ordered an arugula salad, tuna bites, brussels sprouts and rhubarb crisp for dessert plus had a can of cider. I ordered their 3 course meal which included side salad, chicken skewers, biscuit, mashed potatoes, slaw, cranberry sauce and dessert. I had water. The food was delicious, but the portion were sooo small. The chicken was about 4 skewers which was fine, but the salad was maybe 3 fork bites, the mashed potatoes were about 1/8 of a cup and the slaw was about 1 tablespoon. The bill was $118 plus we left a $30 tip. I left there so hungry I had to go find something else to eat!
The service started out OK the place was not busy. It was a bit of a wait to get our dinner. Then the place got busy and they completely forgot to bring our desserts, we waited over 30 minutes for our desserts, finally asked the waiter and he brought them to go because we had another engagement. Our dessert had ice cream which they made in house it was delicious.
All the food tasted fantastic, I would have given everything 5 stars if I didn't leave hungry and the service was more timely.

This place is a true gem! Sarah and Noah took great care of us from start to finish. They were delightful and attentive. This was our third visit and every time we have appreciated the chef's fresh takes on a dinner menu. The beef and mac n cheese with chimichurri and slaw was off the hook! The espresso martini's and old fashions hit the mark. And who knew we loved Schnitzel with white mushroom gravy so much?! Just get the strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert. We appreciate you Cob + Cork!

My husband and I have lived in Skagit for 7 years. We’ve tried a lot of restaurants and either have been disappointed or our impression was ‘that was alright.’ Cob + Cork checked all the boxes from start to finish. Great service, nice atmosphere, clean, more great service, and fantastic food! The food was incredible! My only regret is that we hadn’t tried this restaurant sooner. We will definitely be going back.

We were in town for a destination wedding and reserved a table for eight of us. The staff was top shelf. Our server, Sara, and assisting staff went out of their way to make sure our specific needs were met with ease. Two members of our group have food allergies and they worked around that effortlessly.
The menu offered diverse choices to meet everyone’s tastes and each meal was well received. We brought our own cake and they gladly served it at no extra charge. We were given as much time as we wanted to enjoy the evening and never felt rushed. We cannot say enough about the service, food and ambiance that the Cob and Cork provided for our special event.

Delicious shrimp skewers and burger. We stopped for something light and locally sourced. Service was very good. We were not disappointed and will stop next time we are in the area.

The atmosphere is very nice, upscale but not overdone. Staff was very polite and efficient. They took great care of us. My Salmon was excellent! Had a taste of the schnitzel and it was also delicious. We sampled some house cocktails. Enjoyed the Old Fashion. All were very good. Cost was less than I anticipated, even with drinks. Great spot for special dates and occassions.
My 96-year-old friend and I ate dinner here last night. We asked for a corner table to accommodate our hearing problems and the maitre d' told us she'd tried all the corners out to find the best one. She also had turned down the music. This led to us being able to have a conversation without yelling--better for us and everyone else, too. The wait-staff were phenomenal. Attentive, but not too much. And very patient about our ordering. The food was very very good, with my only small complaint being that my salmon was slightly overcooked. We had the garlic toast, bacon (to die for), tomato soup (excellent, and different), and the salmon main. The cocktails were excellent, too, though I'd love to see something a bit more adventurous on the cocktail menu, perhaps on a rotating basis. We'll be going back, for sure.
