This Arby's has recently been remodeled and is very nice inside. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I thought the new BBQ pulled pork sandwich was excellent and will definitely buy it again.

The food wasn't great but the customer service was. My sandwich didn't have much to go for meat and the potato cakes were dripping in oil. The mozzarella sticks were good though. The person working the window was patient and did a great job getting my food out to me hot.

To start with the shake machine is down again. Then you serve me French fries that were at least 2 to 3 hours old. Stone cold and dried out.

I got two sandwiches today at 12pm, the meat was literally green, black, and so hard i couldnt chew it. I'm beyond upset. This Arby's will kill someone someday and if my kids or I get sick I'm going to sue... it won't let me post a picture/video or I'd show ppl the disgusting food I was served today!
