I have been here twice now and been violently sick along with my wife. They have no right charging over 20 to 30 dollers for small portions just to get sick and make you wait 2 hours for your food and drinks. Dont expect to see your food or the color of your food unless you have a flashlight. I highly suggest never going here!!

This place was so great! Friendly server, fast service, and a super fun atmosphere. Lots of tvs to watch sports, great choice of beer and liquor, and a delicious menu! We had the loaded fries which have a cheddar jalapeno sauce that is to die for. We also had the spicy chicken sandwich that lived up to it's name (but WHY does it come with bbq sauce?! We opted not to have that and are glad we did). Also had the B.L.A.T. which was do delicious and on a great sourdough bread. Wish we lived closer, I'd be a regular! We will definitely make another trip out just to stop here.

Everything was just OK. Except my New York was super tough and inedible. So I didn't eat it. Spent almost $200.

My food was delicious! I shared the cod and chips with a friend. The fish was outstanding, the cole slaw excellent, and the fries good.

There were nine of us in our group. Two of us couldn't tolerate hot/spicy foods. The menu choices were extremely limited for us.

Our server managed separate checks for nine without batting an eye. She was delightful.

Fun little pub, warm and cozy and the food was out of this world. Prime rib was cooked perfectly!

Excellent prime rib on Mondays! Bar tender got the beer order wrong, service was slow but it was worth the wait.

We just popped in to have dinner before getting back on the ferry and we loved it! We shared some jalapeno poppers and the 16oz prime rib. The prime rib was delicious and cooked perfectly. Only complaint is that the side veggies and potatoes were way too salty. Service was great and fast!

For one bartender and how busy it was, she remained calm and got us in and out without a hour and a half to see our movie. Food is good, little pricey but everything g seems to be getting that way. Would recommend.

Wife and I had a wonderful dinner there. Fries were very tasty, hot and crispy and both sandwiches were great. Coconut shrimp appetizer was very crispy and sweet, and the shrimp was so tender! Service was very prompt and accommodating. Definitely will visit there again and try some of their other excellent food.

The atmosphere seemed nice, and the food looked good; however, we will never really know since the service was so slow that I was never actually seated or served. The sign at the door says, “Please wait to be seated,” but I stood there for 10-15 minutes while the staff glanced over at me while running around serving others. It was unclear if a hostess was supposed to be available, as I never saw one.

What was odd was that the place was not exactly busy and appeared half full, which makes sense for a Sunday evening. It is difficult to identify the root cause for being ignored or, at best, not prioritized as a potential customer. Eventually, a waitress addressed me from across the restaurant, asking if it was “just me” and told me I could head over to the bar. I was not looking to go to the bar; I wanted to be seated at a table, handed a menu, and then provided with a waiter or waitress to take my order so I could eat and pay for my meal.

While I was standing there, I observed a customer attempting to flag down a waiter to get their bill after several minutes of appearing himself ignored. Overall, my impression was that Axe & Arrow was not in any hurry to serve, appeared overwhelmed with a half-full restaurant, and was indifferent about a first-time potential customer. This is unfortunate since the burger photos did look promising.
