I went in and asked for two iced lattes. In return I got two hot lattes. After asking for them iced, in which he looked annoyed understandably so. He quickly turned around and made two iced lattes relatively quickly. After taking a few sips, I’m 99% sure we got two milks with honey. No coffee, which stinks because we did pay and left a tip and we were friendly. We didn’t say “this isn’t what we wanted”.

It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get one cup of coffee—especially when people are trying to get to work. Brownsville Highway Bean Company needs to get it in gear; one barista making one drink at a time during the morning rush just isn’t cutting it. Do better!!!
