We wanted to give a shout out to the manager, Jeremiah, who was so kind along with the other manager, who was working before him today (I can’t remember her name but she was also absolutely incredible!). I called to ask about getting some help swapping out a beef patty with an impossible burger because at the other Burger King, Off of Fairgrounds, Was unwilling to help me with my order. The Burger King off of Fairgrounds also ignored myself and A number of other customers who were waiting inside to try and Place orders. When I called this Burger King, the managers were incredibly kind and helpful. They made our day and I can’t thank them enough!
Kid-friendliness: They were super kind to my kids and also allowed us to have Burger King crowns! The staff was super kind and we appreciate it!

They are supposed to be open until 12, it’s 8:50pm and they closed the drive thru and the store, and it’s not the first time this happens, whoever works there DOESNT like to work 👎🏻
I went to Burger King drive thru at 8:30 am. I am aware that it's breakfast time but I wanted lunch. Burger kings policy is you can get lunch all day you just have to wait a little longer if it's before 10:30. I ordered 3 whoppers and the manager refused to make them, saying that lunch isn't until 10:30. I asked her since when as I use to be a opening manager at Burger King (she replies since forever.) I work in the food industry and I will be speaking with upper management. Don't go to the Kitsap Way Burger King. Management there doesn't know their jobs and her customer service skills are very unprofessional.

Parking: It's asphalt.
Kid-friendliness: Asphalt can hurt children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Some children ride wheelchairs ìn parking areas.
They don't tempt their meat. Every time I've ever gotten a burger from there it's cold. It's like they're just microwave it for 30 seconds and slap it on there without temping it.They should get audited

the girl with pink hair who took are order and gave us our food had a horrible attitude and was ignoring us while we were talk to her I myself work in fast food and and even if you are having a bad day it is unacceptable to treat customers the way she did especially when you are being paid to be respectful to the customers and this is not the only time we have been treated like this by the same person
