The gentlemen working the drive thru on the 6th of December during the day is the BEST employee. We regularly go to this BK and we have never seen him before! I will get his name next time and update this review. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and he was super friendly and went above and beyond. He deserves a raise and recognition and I want to make sure he gets this. We would have tipped him but unfortunately we were broke and utilizing the app and promos to get a cheap meal. The next best thing I can think of is to leave a review! Thank you so much to this kind employee! We appreciate you and hope that BK sees this, the owner sees this and recognizes how special you are!

Hi all-
I don’t eat fast food often but when the craving hits, I decided to try burger king on Kitsap Way. I wanted to get all the good stuff but it wasn’t on the menu in the way it was presented at drive through. Keegen saved the day!
But whatever… right. Just order and hope you got the discounts. The point of all of this is…I worked with Keegen in the drive through and the way he was communicating with kindness and asking if we wanted to add certain items to adjust our menu cost while not feeling like he was pushing us to get more… I waned and did buy the store after talking to Keegen. Most of all, I purchased all of the foods I wanted and craved that day! I didn’t feel ripped off like I normally do when I eat out. I felt like this meal is one for the books. Keegen is highly valuable. A- he understands that the food is good and people respond well to that. B- he has personality and focus in the job to be successful for consumers to enjoy their meals. Thank you Keegen!
Finally,I want to come back with my kiddos and eat inside the establishment this time!
Finally, my preference is to not eat inside fast food restaurants especially with kids was challenged by Keegen’s obvious talent of letting people just be. I cannot share enough about Keegen’s good attitude will make me want to go to bk first.

Ordered a double Whopper meal thru uber eats, along with a buy one get one free whopper. Didn't receive a double whopper and the buy one get one free whopper, both had nothing but cheese bacon and barbecue sauce on the along with cold fries. The drink was the only right thing about the order.
These people will never cease to disappoint with not getting your order right.

I went to the Burger King by kitsap bank and they said their grill was busted then I went to this burger king and apparently theres is busted too. Kind of convient both of these locations are busted. If you cant serve people, close the restaraunt.

I just want to say how impressed i was of the team work and keeping cool under pressure after a fellow coworker walked out on these two emploees they showed great partnership team work and all around good work ethic they were left with no prep nothing and yet some how still kept it together and the restaurant open through out the evening i spoke to both these empolyees and told them how impressed i was on handling such a messed up situation and being as young as they are as well so a big shout out to NIVA and JEREMIAH!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
