Third time is a charm. Three times now I have had messed up orders. It seems like the crew has all the charges right but not the correct product. I ordered 2 fries and a burger with no onions guess what. No fries and the burger had onions. If you can afford to pay for what you don’t get then go here.

Food was good and staff was friendly to me. However, the reason for the low review is because of what I personally witnessed. Older homeless man came in with a flyer advertising the free hangover burger. He was turned away and told that it was only an online promotion that you could get from the app. Despite several people offering to buy the guy something (which I would have done as well if I hadn't just spent my last few bucks) he was obviously embarrassed and ashamed and didn't want to put anyone out because it was supposed to be a free burger, he thought and the poor dude left hungry. My big problem here was the power trip. I am not saying that anyone "owes" this guy anything but come on. Have some decency. Most people, if it were their father or grandfather would want the staff to just help the guy out. He is homeless, and you're giving the burgers out for free anyways. What would have been the harm in just giving the guy one of the free burgers instead of turning him away and making him more ashamed of his situation and calling attention to it? I have been homeless and it isn't fun, and the only thing that makes it WORSE is people being that way and reminding you that you are just trash in the eyes of society. Just did not seem right to me, and how many homeless people have a working cell phone? C'mon guys... Disappointed 😔
The food is never ready when it says it’ll be ready. The workers walk around with no sense or urgency or like they even really wanna be here. This place is so ridiculous && it used to be really good.

The West Bremerton Carl's Jr. location is one of two of their locations I've ever visited and actually gotten food from, the other being the Tacoma location. I mention that just to say that the Bremerton location is by far, much better.. The food quality, the atmosphere, the actual building itself, etc.... definitely much better all around, over the Tacoma, WA location.. Im honestly not much of a Carl's Jr fan, call me "old fashioned", but id much rather grab just a nice whopper from BK, or even a good ol double quarter pounder with cheese.... Im not too fond of the way Carls Jr seems to cook their food, so i suppose my review is pretty neutral and middle ground.. nothing to boast about, but not too much to complain about either...
I live locally to this West Bremerton location and drive past there basically daily, multiple times per day, and i seriously cannot recall a time where ive seen more than maaaaybe 6-7 vehicles on the whole premises, between employee parking, drive thru line, and dine-in folks... And one can only assume there's got to be at least two vehicles that belong to employees... Which means at peak times, as far as i can remember, i don't think there's been more than about 4-5 cars at the very most.... Which i guess really probably doesnt have much, if any actual impact on the quality or anything of Carls Jr.. i just thought it was a somewhat relevant side note to mention, because it definitely begs the question, at least in my opinion..
Parking: Plenty of free parking...
Honestly, i live in the general area of this specific West Bremerton location, which means i drive by there multiple times basically every day, and i legitimately cannot recall ever seeing more than maaybe 5-6 vehicles in their parking lot at any given time.. but id say on average, there's probably around 4 vehicles in the parking lot... Leaving a whole bunch of open spots... Which, to me, leaves me curious and almost wondering why, or what it is about Carls Jr that people just dont seem to eat there very often. Im surprised they've been able to keep their doors open as long as they have...
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't quite say it's a place to necessarily bring children... I mean, if you happen to have a kid with you n are dining in, which these days almost seems crazy.. i know.. hah. Im pretty sure they have a lil plastic high chair thingy if need be.. definitely no "play-place" or anything.. they do serve kids meals... But thats about the extent of "kid-friendliness", at least in my opinion, and to the best of my knowledge..

Extremely slow service. Only 2 employees in the store, and took over 18 min just to get 2 meals going through the drive through. Will not be back, and will not recommend. "FAST food" isn't Carl's Jr anymore....

On 10/23/2024 I visited this location and ordered 2 meals; one with cola and one with root beer. After receiving my food, I noticed that I was erroneously charged $1.99 for my root beer, which was supposed to be included in the price of the meal. When I brought it to the attention of an employee, they were very dismissive, stating that this is a known issue. But they made no effort to fix the issue for me, prompting me to contact corporate. All corporate did was send me a boilerplate apology email and offer me a coupon "for the inconvenience."
I don't want a coupon, as I will not be visiting this location ever again. I want my money back, because this is blatant theft and I will escalate as high as I need to in order to be made whole again.

Random stop. Had to grab a bite and a bathroom break from the freeway. The location of the place is tucked up behind a strip mall and was a pain to navigate the entrance and exit for parking or drive thru. I ordered 2 sandwiches without cheese and they still put on cheese. Also, the meat looked and tasted under cooked. I was already on the road by the time I looked at my food .

Charged me $1.99 for a small root beer that was included in the price of my meal. When I brought it up, I was dismissed and told it's a known issue. Corporate was even less helpful, only offering me a coupon for the money they stole from me. By far the worst resolution to an issue I've ever experienced with any company. Do not eat here.
