I recently stopped by the Chipotle in Bremerton, WA, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, keeping the line moving smoothly while still taking the time to make sure each order was spot-on. Everything—from the cilantro-lime rice to the barbacoa—was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions and well-balanced seasoning.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the quick service without feeling rushed. Whether you're grabbing lunch on a busy day or sitting down for a relaxed bite, this location nails it. Kudos to the team for keeping the quality consistently high. I'll definitely be back!

It's crazy to me to see that this place has a low star rating. I've been to this location multiple times now and at different times so I feel like I can make an honest review unlike some of the others that have posted. I haven't found a negative thing to say about this location. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is really clean and inviting. The drive thru option using their app, your food is made and your given a time when you can pull up to the drive up window and pick up your freshly made food. You get points that give you free things everytime you use their app, an app that actually works unlike some other restaurants. Getting free items is such a bonus. Creating a financially profitable option to really fresh healthy fast food. What more could you ask for? Give them a try.

Chipotle is my favorite go to restaurant. When I'm not sure what I'm in the mood for, I always go to Chipotle. Then, I'm happy that I went there. It's the kind of place that simplifies the ordering process and when you're done, you have exactly what you were craving for but didn't know it. Their food is so good!!! And it feels healthy and hearty!!! Crazy portions of proteins and vegetables and what you build by the time you're done ordering, is a meal you think was made for two! I usually get the burrito bowl. I get white rice, black beans, carnitas or barbacoa, pico de Gallo, white corn, guacamole, some cheese and now and then, queso. This is basically what you get in anything you build. Be it a burrito. Sounds healthy right?! Cuz it is. And by the time I'm done eating, I always have half of my order to take home. But I don't feel overly full. I feel just right. Everytime.

As a door Dasher I just have to say that this place has a manager I don't know her name just that she's blonde that went out of her way to be rude and I do not look forward to going in there again to pick up any orders for anyone. She felt like she personally had to watch me confirm each order which is complete crap it's never happened to me before. It was condescending and the restaurant was busy so it only hurt her performance . Completely unnecessary
