Waited in line for 20min with nobody in front of us. We only ordered one chicken basket and we recieved the completely wrong meal. Our drink was warm as well. Do not recommend.

My wife waited for over 45 minutes to get the food. She went through the drive through and was asked to pull around and they’d be out in 5-7 minutes. 20 minutes later she ended up going in and not being acknowledged by the staff. Finally she got the food and they forgot the drinks and items and she was so frustrated she left. We usually go to Popeyes which we love and will continue to go there. We deserve a refund since items were missing but won’t be worth the hassle to deal with them any more.

The food handling behind the counter is questionable. Handling cash at the window and fixing up the meal without gloves, I’ll pass for the future visits.

First time we went here I really liked it so I convinced my wife to go back again. My wife waited for over 45 minutes to get the food. I doubt this place will be open long. 12:00 noon week day no one in the store and only us in the drive through. Took over 20 minutes from taking order to parking out front waiting for the food. The guy in the window was chewing food when he handed me my soda with no ice or lid. Didnt say a word. Then brought our food out to the parking lot still eating. Couldn't talk cause of food in his mouth. Fries were rubbery and stone cold. Maybe he was eating the hot ones. The sign says hiring all positions. Manager, cook,and counter. Its very obvious there is no manager on site. Will not be going back.

First time having Church's again since I visited Texas and ooo boy it was just as good as I remembered. Very friendly staff and fast service. They even threw in some fried okra for me to try which was a great snack on my way home. Their spicy chicken is a little more / way better than Popeyes, in my opinion, so think I'll now be going here now instead.
Just ordered (2) 3 piece meals received (2) 2 piece meals and one of the sides was wrong.

I have to put a one because I can't put any lower on the stars. I'm so disappointed because every time we have gone we have had less than stellar service with less than stellar food. It makes me sad because I'm from Texas and in Texas this particular restaurant would have gone under after the first month. This time I sat in line for 20 minutes to get five-piece chicken tenders and only wound up with three and a half. They had run out of all the fried chicken tenders and we're trying to figure out how to cobble together a meal with what they had as leftovers. It's just so sad.

Order was prepared faster than expected, and this had to be the happiest and most friendly associates and manager I have ever seen lol. Super nice and friendly, im definitely going back.I picked up my order and realized I didn't get my drink. I went back In to get it and was offered another drink for having to come back, lol. Really good experience at this location.

I realized that KFC was gone and this new place Church's Texas Chicken came in. Had to give it a try. I ordered my family a 16pc meal which included 3 sides, and I ordered an extra side to ensure enough food could be dealt to my family. By the time I got home and started unloading everything at the dinner table, I realized that 3 of the 4 sides were missing! I was highly annoyed at this because the cashier even checked the bagbefore handing it over, so I figured it was good to go. I was the only person in line ordering around 6pm and now I know why after reading all these reviews. I called them and they seemed shocked that it was missed and I could come in for them to "review" the order and replace the missing items. Unfortunately, I live in poulsbo and driving there and back was not feasible with kids at a dinner table already. I will say, the chicken both original and spicy were great with texture, but the taste would have Texans highly disappointed as it was super bland. I will never eat here again and would never recommend anyone.
