I understand being busy and I have been on the serving end at a fast paced restaurant/bar so yeah it can get crazy. What I don't understand is the level of disrespect these employees had. The sign says order here, but if there are people on either side of that sign with no clear directions, lines or arrows how do expect anyone to know that. I have never felt so chastised as a customer in all my 46 years. When we finally got a bartender to serve us he was rude and abrupt. Please owners of this establishment train your employees in human kindness.

Shoutout to Cookies Bar and Grill for serving us 2 drinks both of which had a bug in them, we informed the bartender and were literally told “bummer” and would not service us as all. I have NEVER left a 0 tip, but that is the rudest response ever. 10/10 do not recommend going whenever the blond with the attitude is working. I go there all the time and have never dealt with that.

Good notes: 1. Karaoke gal was very pleasant and organized.2. 2. Covered Smoking area. Negative: 1. Bartenders were so slow the line was to the door on 80's night. Some woman was just standing there watching behind the bar (I am assuming the owner) and not doing s**** 2.They need a bouncer, bad! 3.People were loud , obnoxious , literally screaming. One guy literally booed the older gentleman on stage singing. That was heart wrenching. 4. Several people should have been cut off but were so blatantly drunk it was sad. 5. Sound system is too loud for the size. Conclusion: 80's night was an absolute s*** show, my friends and I left and went to National Tavern and it was wayyyyyyy better.
