I really want to like this cafe, but I keep going back and being disappointed. The drinks are mediocre at best and the food is not good. I got a bagel with cream cheese here once that had so little cream cheese that you would think the person making it had a personal vendetta against dairy products.

The reason I have kept going in hopes that it would be better is because there aren't any other coffee shops downtown that are open as late as they are and they have a good seating area. But more accomodating hours and a convenient location with pretty good seating is not enough. The product being sold has to at least be good.

Great coffee and matcha drinks. The vibe of the cafe is also super chill and relaxed. Outdoor seating available in the shade. Sandwiches are very yummy. Acai is good too but a bit icy/watery. If they offered +scoop of protein to smoothies/drinks that would be a good idea too. Overall nice place, will come back

Had the tuna sandwich with salad. It was good.

Nice relaxing experience. The milk shakes took me back to my childhood. The breakfast burrito was big and tasty

I stopped in here while wandering around Bremerton and had a quite large cookie. The server was quite pleasant and gave me a few recommendations for places to go in the town after I said it was my first time here. I do not think that this place is particularly special, but it is cozy and comfortable, and I cannot really imagine complaining about it.

Friendly spot. Short walk to the Pier and ferries. Great coffee and sandwiches. Friendly staff. Restroom available in the building with a key.

I took my girlfriend here for coffee and breakfast today, we have been here many times and it’s been a positive experience so far but today unfortunately it wasn’t like that. My girlfriend ordered the avocado toast for $8.99 and we were shocked when it only came with ONE slice of toast for that price. (It did not say anything about one slice on the menu) it was also practically drowning in lemon juice to the point the whole thing just tasted sour. We definitely will not be spending over 9$ on a singular piece of toast again, let alone one that tasted like that. Very disappointed with today’s visit.

At the drive-thru both of the girls were rude and the one that made the coffee, scalded the milk.

I visited family in Bremerton in November and my sister and I had breakfast at Cups twice. I had (both times) THE BEST ham, egg and cheese bagel that I have ever eaten. The bagel was delish, and the Black Forest ham was also, but the real kicker was the way that the cheese was perfectly melted. I am not kidding. BEST ham, egg, cheese bagel ever!

Lots of selection, delicious food, fast service. My husband has a gluten allergy and the gluten free menu allowed him to get lunch in Bremerton as we struggled to find Gluten free food during our visit from Seattle.

Dietary restrictions: Great gluen free bagels

I have been buying my drink here almost everyday for the past 7 months. I see the same two people every weekday, My name is never remembered which is fine but I never got any welcoming or friendly vibes from most of them. I have no idea what I did. One associate who usually takes my order never smiles or says anything to me, never friendly or welcoming. I notice she treats others differently compared to how she talks to me. Today I asked for the restroom keys once and she seemed rude about it.
I get that people have their days... but it's been almost over 7 months that It's been this way.

The place looked like it would be good. We ordered two sandwiches.

Everything on my turkey sandwich was straight from Costco. There’s no choice of bread; everything was on Dave’s. The lettuce they put on the sandwich was field greens and 1/3 of which was rotten melted field green goo. Kinda sucked that a $15 turkey sandwich was put together with the cheapest ingredients and the staff didn’t even take the time to sort out the rotten lettuce. This place is not worth going to.

Dietary restrictions: They claim veg and vegan options but most sandwiches had bacon on them and there was no alternate to swap in.

Very run of the mill feeling space. I did enjoy the shelving with local crafts.

The food was kinda abysmal. I ordered a breakfast burrito that had the saltiest sausage and egg with cheese in it. Problem was that the burrito was molten hot on one side and cold on the opposite. The cheese was burning hot and then unmelted on the other side of the burrito.

We ordered the breakfast sandwich which had similar saltiness and the avocado toast was very lackluster.
