Unimpressed. Went here as part of a large group. Ordered a carmel macchiato and let them know I was sitting in back. The majority of seating in behind the counter. After about 10 minutes I was wondering why I hadn't heard my name and just then I heard someone yelling it out from the back counter. When I took it she told me they had been calling up front a while. The coffee was still warm but tasted burnt and nothing about it was carmel. I took it back, she said it can get that they when it sits for a while and she offered to remake it. I asked them for a basic Americano instead. Reminded them I was sitting in back but this time intentionally sat facing away from my friends, concentrating on the front and again they called my drink out of front only. They really should make an effort to call drinks out on both sides of the counter sonehow. I got my new drink immediately and it still tasted really burnt. (I drink a lot of coffee from a lot of places, so it wasn't just dark roast or something like that. It was gross) The decor was questionable. There were some really cute seating areas up front, but the back walls were covered in empty nails and empty shelves. The staff were very kind and nice and it was a very busy Saturday morning. So I'm going to give it 3 stars. I will not be going back.

Absolutely a disappointment, had it delivered once about a month ago, it was delicious and order was on point, ordered 2 more times second time they gave me a basic bagel with only cream cheese and ham on a plain bagel, when I ordered and paid for a breakfast bagel with eggs cheese bacon and ham with 2 coffees and had to get a refund from uber, order again today hoping for a better result and got a bagel that was not jalapeño cheddar and only had cheese and ham again! And the coffee is mediocre at best. Complete waste of money, do not waste your time here, clearly they have no idea what they're doing and over charge for basic food. So so so upset.

Yup! It’s that genuine and authentic! They have great options for breakfast and lunch. Had a sandwich and a hot tea. The hot tea selection was great and they have very friendly staff! In the very walkable downtown Bremerton area. Would recommend!

Great place but I ordered GF strata specifically to have a GF item and didn’t find out until I was on the ferry and too late to do anything about it that they gave me the bacon and cheese one. Bacon was all fat and it was not GF. Disappointed not to get to try the spinach, tomato strata.

It was the lunch spot on our day trip from Seattle. We shared a fresh and tasty Sandwich and Sun dried Tomato Frittata. The signature Brownie could not be eaten in a single sitting. Still delicious back home.
This cafe uses Umbria coffee beans. Sandwiches, pastries, and coffee are all delicious. They also provide great customer service whenever I go there.

9/10 this place is amazing, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.I went in to order a bacon and egg sandwich, on wheat bread with no cheese. The lady asked if I wanted the breakfast bagel, I tried again to specify that I just wanted a sandwich on wheat bread, just bacon and egg.I get my sandwich and head out, and I decided to check and make sure there wasn't anything else on it (I'm avoiding certain foods for now for my Dr). There was something on the bread that I didn't recognize, so I took the sandwich back to ask what it was. Turns out they had put cream cheese on there. No problem, I apologized for not being more clear that I *only* wanted bacon and egg, nothing else at all. The lady told me the cream cheese was probably added because it normally comes on the breakfast bagels. I apologize again for not being more clear with my order. They remake it for me pretty quickly and I'm on my way.The sandwich tasted off, so I checked it: they had replaced the bread, but the eggs and bacon still had cream cheese on them. They didn't remake the sandwich at all, they just replaced the bread. I wiped off what I could and tried to finish the sandwich.I'm not upset about the sandwich being made wrong, mistakes happen and they were about to be very busy. I *am* upset that they thought I would be too d*** to notice that the sandwich wasn't remade at all.Super disappointed as this is one of my favorite places to get a good breakfast sandwich.
