Ordered through UberEATS for delivery. DQ didn't give the driver my sodas and didn't pack sauce I paid extra for. When I called, they hung up on me . When I called back, the guy who answered was a jerk. The blizzard didn't have all the ingredients, the malt was melted, and we live literally 2 minutes away. Hire some adults, DQ.

We were there a few months ago. They acted like we were boring them, and with an open mic I heard the F bomb. Very unbusiness like. When I brought it to their attention it was like a joke. They sure didn't care. Loosing business like that.

Nice inside clean. Staff was friendly. However, they forgot a chicken Tender. And one of the meals I bought. I bought 2 meals. The $7 meals supposed to come with 3 chicken tenders, fries, drink and dessert. One of the meals only had 2 chicken tenders which was sad. Other than that, I would recommend this place. Maybe just check your meal before you leave to make sure they didn't leave anything out.Parking: Decent size parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Definitely, kid friendly.
First and last time on 3/7 around 6:45pm, cocky kid took my order showed no respect - little kid acting like he owned the place all tough! Take the time to drive a little up the street to McDonald's and Wendy's for better customer service!

Not really sure what it was that was making so much noise there I had a lot of trouble trying to here what it was that my friend was saying what all they wanted to order. The manager (I think) was rude as hell for no reason. Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t speak to a stranger the way he spoke to a customer. Go to Dennys in the same parking lot and save yourself from bad food and bad service.

The guy manager there is the best!! He's like an Uncle or Dad sense but he keeps it professional. It really represents the place well. It's hard to manage a bunch of teenagers when they are all learning every day. He should get a bonus or a trip somewhere for his hard work. Also, they have the best shakes in town. I can barely find malt in the store. It's nice to know that I can get a malted shake and get that good old fashioned memory. All their desserts are good as well.
