Excellent service, cool people, food was made right and such a cool atmosphere. I was only sad to see there wasn’t more foot traffic, this place would be a perfect spot for a crowd.

The bartender is a great guy who greeted and talked with every customer who came in. He even let me borrow his pool stick and makes good cocktails. I had a painless painkiller, a virgin drink.

Too many times they don't have the food to make your meal, not a full bar, have had several times of not having a full menu. They don't pay their employees right and they have mice and rats. I have tried several times to call because you never know if they are open or not and their phones are not in service 😞 a big fat zero.

3 of us came in for buffet today and had to ask for everything and or get it ourselves!
Seems they would keep up on what’s empty or needs restocked at least the tables were bused!

Very disappointing experience. Went in on a Friday night at peak dinner time and no one was there. That should've been the first red flag to leave.
The Caesar salad given to me was actually a garden salad in a mixing bowl with a tiny cup of ranch (they were out of chicken too, which was weird...), the shrimp special was gummy & undercooked, and the fried pickles were meh. What made the dining experience even worse was the atmosphere; the overhead lights were flickering idly in one section of the restaurant, bad music, and completely empty inside.
Definitely left without finishing anything and have no desire to come back.

We were excited to see a Brunch Buffet come to Bremerton, since Covid it has been hard to find them anymore and we were excited to go check it out. However, they have some huge errors that they need to correct.
I have managed multiple food establishments before and it always concerns me when I see unsafe food practices. This place is NOT safe to eat at for the Bruch Buffet as it stands currently.
They did not have the canned heat lit underneath the Buffet containers, in fact one of the containers didn't even have one at all underneath it. I figured that it was a small error and they just couldn't see it. So I let the gal at the front know, she went and told the guy who was in charge of manning and refilling the buffet station. He said something that sounded like he was disregarding it. He never once went over to attempt to light them, check on them, and completely ignored them. We continued to watch as food kept coming out but no one was dealing with the issue of the food not being kept hot. There were people in line to get food so the lids remained off of the food, so the heat is coming out, there's no heat control from the bottom, the food is just quickly making it into the danger zone.
Finally I went up again to talk to the front yet again, this time there were two gals up front. I told them again that no one had lit them, and that it's quickly becoming a severe food concern and a matter of public safety. One of the gals said, "Uhm, I think that someone is looking into this". They brushed me off and I could tell they were just lying to me saying someone was taking care of this issue... It's a fast fix, you just go over and investigate them, and light them. No one once had looked at them, they aren't "looking into this", this isn't an equipment malfunction, this is a basic requirement for Food sanitation to run a buffet line.
By the time we left, no one still had come up to investigate or address the issue.
This is extremely unsafe. It is disappointing that the reactions from staff also did not take this seriously. This shows me that they don't care about safe food practices in this establishment which is also a huge concern.
I saw several people post online about the fact that they ran into the same concerns and issues today from service. Another person said they were told by a staff member "We went to the store and couldn't find more canned heat"... there are tons of stores with it. Fred Meyer down the way had them in stock. This just wasn't a concern for them, which is not okay for a food establishment. Proper protocol for a kitchen is if they realized they didn't have them, would have been to shut down the buffet for the day and cancel it until they could get the heat source working properly.
Also the buffet started at 9am and the food wasn't fully out and ready for 30 minutes past that.
It's a real shame because they have the potential to be a great place. We custom ordered omelets that tasted great, the food itself when it was hot tasted good. It lacked some seasoning but otherwise they have such great potential.
However, they can't ignore proper food handling. They can't risk peoples health like that. Completely unsafe and unprofessional the way they handled that.

Chaos Bay is where the old McClouds used to be. Supposedly, McClouds moved because of the area being too rowdy and dangerous. I don't believe that because the area is completely quiet and mellow. The breakfast buffet was good and hot. Omelets were big enough for 2 people to share so long as you don't have a BIG appetite.
Parking: Very large parking area. Wheelchair accessible.

This was our first time here! We looked online and everything looked great so we decided to give it a try. First of all there was only six people at the bar and we were never greeted and we sat ourselves. It took them more than ten minutes to even say anything to us because my wife yelled across the bar. We were given the menu and it was nothing like we saw online and the waitress/ bartender said we are hoping it will be changed online soon. After we ordered our food we were never asked again if we needed anything or did we need another drink. I would understand if the place was packed but at that time there were four people at the bar and four people walking around behind the bar and not even looking at the one table. The burger was good and the shrimp was very tasty. Just one thing to remember you could have the best food but if the customer service isn’t there then people won’t come.

I let your kid go with a warning. The one with the flower get up. Side show bob followed me home got brave and ran like a chump. I don’t like being followed especially by bars I want to visit. Now Chaos Brewery is a place I won’t feel comfortable at. I would give him a second chance to get some but he needs to know what he’s dealing with. He puts him and your company at a chance. I’m happy to share the lesson as we did on the street,
I want this place to do well but this it’s a disaster. The last three times we’ve gone, they’ve been out of just about everything. I’m not sure what’s going on here. They’re consistently out of bourbon- not just one bourbon. All bourbons. The cooler is empty minus a few cans of random sodas. The bartender didn’t seem to understand what the difference in ginger ale and ginger beer is and looked at me like I had three heads when I asked for a vodka (because they were out of bourbon) and a ginger beer. “You want a shot of vodka and a ginger beer? What? No? You want the beer in the vodka. That’s hardcore.” No. No it’s not. It’s actually a normal drink. What’s that? No limes?
The pool tables are good but bring your own stick because the three they have are all broken.
This place has so much potential but seems to be managed and operated by people who don’t have a clue how to run a business.

I went to listen to a couple bands last night The wait staff was amazing: very friendly snd happy to accommodate. The bands were awesome and there is a large dance floor. The food was good bar fare and the layout and offerings were outstanding. I thought the drink prices were reasonable ($10 bloody mary) with generous pours. I look forward to coming back for a few drinks and games of pool.
