Their food is great but they make a few mistakes. I ordered on the app and set it up as a pickup order and the driver took it as a delivery. Took almost 40 minutes for a pizza and pasta.

Ordered a pasta dish, a dessert & a 20oz soda - all online It is now 10:40pm Sunday evening. I made the order around 7pm - same day.Was advised the order might take about 45 minutes to make & deliver.I never received the meal.So I called the store and was immediately told my delivery address was outside this particular stores delivery area. The person answering the phone told me NOT the ordering system on my Android phone.

Had a teenage boy answer the phone and tell me he was manager. Began the phone call with an attitude and got aggressive, no training for customer service, food quality is poor. Don't order from this location.
I was disappointed to say that they cancelled my order due to being down drivers, I hung up due to not having anything else to say and being incredibly disheartened after they were the last option. They called back and gave me some pretty uncomfortable attitude over the phone and made me feel even worse about them. It's made me pretty unhappy, enough to write this out even.

Ordered contactless delivery and asked food be placed on a piece of patio furniture. Driver literally tossed food to the ground, not 2 feet from furniture, and walked away. Not impressed! If they will do this with your food when you are looking, what do they do when you are not looking?!? Will not order through them again.
