Had a teenage boy answer the phone and tell me he was manager. Began the phone call with an attitude and got aggressive, no training for customer service, food quality is poor. Don't order from this location.

I was disappointed to say that they cancelled my order due to being down drivers, I hung up due to not having anything else to say and being incredibly disheartened after they were the last option. They called back and gave me some pretty uncomfortable attitude over the phone and made me feel even worse about them. It's made me pretty unhappy, enough to write this out even.

Its pizza....nothing great.However....why dont they actually cut their pizzas? why must i constantly fight with the pizza trying to take a slice? Are their knifes all dull? I'd be willing to donate mine

ordered a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza and meant to order contactless delivery, delivery guy definitely saw me waltz around like a crazy person hesitant to open the door as i was not dressed for the occasion. the guy was very nice and the handoff was less embarrassing then i thought it would be. when i got inside and ready to rip into what i thought was a pepperoni pizza i was disappointed to open the box and see i had ordered cheese, i typed in dominos in my contacts and called right away and assured them it was my fault but they assured me they'd have a pepperoni pizza made and brought to my house. this made me nervous and raised lots of questions; would i have to pay again? do they want this cheese pizza back? i don't know what was going through my mind but i took a bite out of the pizza i didn't want. i totally freaked out, this was embarrassing. i waited impatiently for the guy to arrive at my house again and made sure i had my cash ready to conquer any trouble i might have with the second pizza, i opened the door (same guy) he handed off the new pizza, i asked him if i owed him anything he said no. i love this dominos if i could give 100 stars i would this dominos is patient and one time stayed on the phone for 45 minutes answering my d*** questions about their brooklyn style crust, as a person who works in customer service i'm not sure why i did that but they were amazing. love you!

Ordered contactless delivery and asked food be placed on a piece of patio furniture. Driver literally tossed food to the ground, not 2 feet from furniture, and walked away. Not impressed! If they will do this with your food when you are looking, what do they do when you are not looking?!? Will not order through them again.

Jacob and Kevin are my faves but I super like everyone at this location. I work next door and come over to pick up dinner some nights. Staff here are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating! Quality food, good prices and ready on time. Boom! 5 Stars!!!

When I went to pick up the pizza it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot as well. Very dissatisfied with this result. I thought they keep it in a warm heating oven. So then why is it not hot?
