Went to this location pretty regularly but stopped going because staff started becoming downright rude. If you don't like your job, don't work in customer service? I shouldn't feel like a nuisance for wanting to order an iced energy drink.

As someone with multiple food allergies and intolerances, I appreciated Arie for doing his best to suggest drink combinations to accommodate my needs, his patience and friendly demeanor, and for not making me feel rushed or sounding impatient just bcs there was a line. Definitely felt the customer prioritization and satisfaction. Thank you!!

This was an unfortunate experience at this location, 😕 I am not happy with order. Tried to the attention of the Barnstable, she brushed me off. Tried going thru the app to say I would like a call back. Hardest experience to just talk to someone. Really not a super good interaction. I don't go there very often it's a treat. Would not recommend going there if you are short on time to get the order correct. Really simply coffee.
The Bremerton and most all Dutch Bros, I don't know how they do it but always hire the most amazing staff! Truly. They don't mind customizing to a unique taste crave you have, and if you frequent the same one they remember you. Plus. They all know how to make everything! Love love love Dutch Bros. BTW: the price per size and quality of ingredients, they make sure you get what your paying for. Unlike Black Rock. AND their points count is fast and hearty. Unlike Starbucks or Black Rock.
