This was an unfortunate experience at this location, 😕 I am not happy with order. Tried to the attention of the Barnstable, she brushed me off. Tried going thru the app to say I would like a call back. Hardest experience to just talk to someone. Really not a super good interaction. I don't go there very often it's a treat. Would not recommend going there if you are short on time to get the order correct. Really simply coffee.

The Bremerton and most all Dutch Bros, I don't know how they do it but always hire the most amazing staff! Truly. They don't mind customizing to a unique taste crave you have, and if you frequent the same one they remember you. Plus. They all know how to make everything! Love love love Dutch Bros. BTW: the price per size and quality of ingredients, they make sure you get what your paying for. Unlike Black Rock. AND their points count is fast and hearty. Unlike Starbucks or Black Rock. My first experience with Dutch Bros Coffee here in Bremerton was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful in making selections. It's definitely a place to get your coffees. I wish you'd come to Springboro, Ohio.

Very impatient and gave me the wrong drink. I'm extremely disappointed in the service. Other Dutch bros have been so much nicer and have never got my drink wrong. Must just be the one in Bremerton Washington ?♀️ sad to have written this cause I've always loved Dutch bros and been a big supporter. ?
I am lucky they are walking distance for me and along one of my daily paths. So I finally dropped in one very warm morning recently for an ice mocha. I am very glad I did. The folks there are indeed friendly as I've seen in other reviews here. Not normally a fan of ice coffee I have to say I am now. It was surprisingly good so I chose the same route again the next day. As the saying goes "I'll be back"
