We came at 6:20pm, 40 minutes before closing, went through the entire order with the clerk and then told, they are closing now. This was 35 minutes from closing. We left without food. Will not be back.

Great food and service. They got hit with a serious rush just after my wife and I ordered and the staff kept his cool and called in for backup. Food came out super hot and the garlic wasabi mayo was bomb!

Highly disappointed in my recent experience at Fritz fry house. We ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Both burgers were extremely charred and one had dang near no patty at all, and what patty it had was basically ash. The other had more meat but was 90% char and disgusting. The chicken sandwich was mediocre and was the only slightly edible thing we got but it too was overcooked. The fries were cold and soggy. I think the only good thing was the dipping sauce which is probably the easiest thing for them to make. I have no idea how this food was even served considering the restaurant was not busy at all and we ordered ahead of the closing time. For a 15-18$ burger this should not be the quality you get. I don’t recommend going here and I don’t think I will try it again :((

Beware of ANYONE giving this place a good review (see update below): this place is an abomination - safe to say the owners are not really trying. The deluxe burger place in town is Noah's Ark, known for being pricey, but Fritz is about twice as expensive as that. The food quality at Fritz is shameful with soggy fries and generally bland unsalted food that isn't good enough for a nursing home. The portions are embarrassingly small. For beverages you can get is a $3 can of soda which you can get the equivalent of for 50 cents out of the WinCo soda machine. Fritz is a hideous eyesore on the Bremerton cuisine scene, dragging down our town's reputation. (Update to owner's response: "Ken?" "Grumbler?" Exactly the lack of professionalism I would expect based on the sad quality of your restaurant. When you are charging $60 for a meal that would be $30 anywhere else, if the quality far lower, NO YOU ARE NOT MAKING A REAL EFFORT, except for responding to reviews and getting all these fake good reviews posted that are not based on reality.)

It's been about a year since I ate at Fritz Fry House and was pleased to find that the food was great. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy (not greasy). Kudos to the new owner!!

The guy working the counter was amazing positive and very helpful. The fries were absolutely on point. Our burger patties were over done, but the overall burgers were still amazing. I wish more places had as much heart and passion in their craft as we experienced at Fritz Fry House.

Stopped at Fritz Fry House for lunch before going out of town for work. We both had Bacon Cheese Burgers (fully customizable) with Fries and 2 Sauces (several to choose from) about $20/person with a drink.
Really great....solid meal. His fav sauce was the Honey Dijon. I had Dill Ranch. They taste homemade but I didn't ask.
Service was perfect. I was anxious because I had a lot on my mind. Her smile and sweet demeanor definitely helped.
