The food is so good, excellent service, clean/bright/modern atmosphere. I take out of town visitors here.

The pho here is really good and flavorful. Taste homemade and I think it’s a reasonable price for the amount of food you get. Of course I prefer cheaper priced meals. I would come back to this location. There is a lot of space for everyone to have their own private conversations. You don’t feel cramped while eating. The people who work here are nice and efficient. The only thing is missing from the menu is adding tendon to your pho. I ordered the brisket pho.

My friend is vegan and got the green curry with tofu. However, when they were eating it, they found pieces of chicken in it. If you care about dietary restrictions or need them this is not the place to go.

Happy Fall!
Today for lunch, my husband and I decided to try a restaurant we pass by daily. It's surprising we hadn't visited before—Hello Pho.
Since M&T in Silverdale closed, we've tried a few good Vietnamese restaurants, but I can honestly say that what we ordered and ate here was excellent!
We chose our seats, and the servers promptly brought us menus and water.
The menu featured many tempting options, making it hard to choose. Eventually, we made our selections and placed our order.
As we waited for our meal, I looked around and was impressed by how clean the restaurant was—perhaps because we arrived just after opening. There were no sticky floors or menus, no crumbs on the chairs, and no strange odors. In the past, I've dined in restaurants where menus were left uncleaned and tables were dirty, but not here. Everything felt fresh and tidy. Our lunch arrived quickly, too.
I ordered the Vermicelli bowl with my choice of meat—chicken. The portion was generous and included an eggroll, rice noodles, lettuce, cucumbers, thinly sliced carrots, two smoked shrimp, and green onions. It was topped with plenty of grilled chicken and served with a mild, sweet, and very flavorful fish sauce.
My husband ordered the Yakisoba noodles with grilled chicken. His dish included noodles, stir-fried carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, broccoli, and onions, topped with his choice, of course, which was the chicken. He thoroughly enjoyed it, and the small taste I managed to get (lol) convinced me that I'll definitely have to order it myself in the future—it was delicious!
Our servers were fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we plan to return!
For those unfamiliar with Happy Pho, it's easy to find—they're in the Fred Meyer area of Bremerton, WA, at 5050 WA-303. They're located near Little Caesars Pizza and Subway, directly across from Discount Tire.
There's plenty of flat parking available.
**If I had to offer one piece of advice, it would be this: while everything on the menu sounds wonderful, the number of options can feel a bit overwhelming. I had to reread the menu a few times to decide. This was the main reason for my 4-star rating.**
*Thanks for supporting a local business, and please remember, Be kind to ALL living things!!

Its been a while since we were here last. We've enjoyed this spot every time though. The staff is nice and the vibe is always chill.
We ordered the beef stew with noodles, and my lady got the green curry. Love the beef stew. Beef was really tender. The curry was yummy too. I love the kick it has.
Overall, we love this spot. Definitely cant wait to visit again :)

Was going alot to this Restaurant after they opened, especially in Summer 2024, Veramcelli Bowl, Spring Rolls were really, really good. Vermacelli Bowls had lots of Fresh Vegetables, Meat, an Egg roll. Spring Rolls were only 1 in an Order, but, fresh, lots if Noodles, Meat, Shrimp, Vegetables. The Peanut Sauce has always been Thin here, not like the other Vietnamese Restaurants and they are Skimpy on Sauces for the Vermacelli Bowl, Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls & Sauce for Fried Egg Rolls. Have always had to ask for Extra Sauce for Everything, sometimes they don't Charge Extra, but, sometimes they do, they should just give a Normal Amount of Sauce for all Dishes.
Over the past 1 Month or so & via Door Dash, the Vermacelli Bowls & Spring Rolls have really diminished in quality and size. Not sure if this is happening to just Food Delivery Service Customers or also in the Restaurant. The Vermacelli Bowls are literally 1/2 the Size they used to be, minimal, overcooked meat, very minimal and not fresh Vegetables, barely any Sauce, the Spring Rolls are mostly Noodles, minimal Vegetables & virtually no meat, 1 Shrimp! The Peanut Sauce Container was 1/3 full & when asked for more because always have had to with this Restaurant, was Charged for barely full Containers.
The Chicken Pho has been really good in the Past, but, afraid to try it now.
Will be going to other Vietnamese Restaurants in the Area, there are a few and they are always consistent and give plenty of Sauces.
Really is a shame, this Restaurant was really Good except skimpy on Sauces & Peanut Sauce too thinned down

Best pho I’ve had since moving here from the city, where I was spoiled for choice. Broth is key in my book, and they do it well. They are also one of the few locations that my partner can get vegetarian broth (that isn't bland, either). Service is excellent, clean and inviting atmosphere. Very happy to have this spot in town! Plus: bubble tea!
Vegetarian options: Veggie pho that is actually vegetarian. A lot of places in this area seem to use chicken broth as the base for their “vegetarian” pho.
