Hello Pho Bremerton

Best pho I’ve had since moving here from the city, where I was spoiled for choice. Broth is key in my book, and they do it well. They are also one of the few locations that my partner can get vegetarian broth (that isn't bland, either). Service is excellent, clean and inviting atmosphere. Very happy to have this spot in town! Plus: bubble tea!

Vegetarian options: Veggie pho that is actually vegetarian. A lot of places in this area seem to use chicken broth as the base for their “vegetarian” pho.

The food was good. Flavorful and fresh. We really enjoyed our meal here and look forward to going back. The service was great as well.

My partner and I ordered pho (one with beef and the other veggie) as well as a tofu banh mi. Everything was quite bland, which was disappointing. The veggies seemed semi-fresh. The banh-mi was sparse, with like 3-4 strips of pickled vegetables. We were hoping to add another restaurant to our favorite list, but it's a hard thing to do in Bremerton. Would not recommend.

The Vietnamese pancake was delicious, fresh, crisp vegetables, the pancake was amazingly crispy, with a flavor explosion. The shrimp rolls were bomb. The prices are reasonable. I wish it came in an even number for sharing, but that's not a complaint, just a wish.
The House Fried Rice was an experience in disappointment. It looked nothing like the picture, it had none of the vegetables or herbs showed in the picture, and it was incredibly bland and flavorless.

The pho here has the traditional taste, the broth is sweet and fragrant. The beef is soft and fresh, the pho noodles are not mushy. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and friendly. It is worth visiting many times !

A restaurant with authentic Vietnamese flavors! The grilled ribs are tender and fragrant, and are great with scallion oil and fish sauce. Cozy space, attentive and quick service. Reasonable prices, quality food. Worth a visit !

The restaurant has great beef noodle soup and broken rice! The beef noodle soup is hot and has a unique flavor, and the broken rice has soft and fragrant ribs. Friendly staff, airy space. Will definitely come back many times !

Upon walking in the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The scenery within the restaurant is beautiful and clean(even within the staff work areas). We were self seated but received service immediately(menus and water). Staff were quick to take out orders in which the food was also arrived shortly after. The food was very well cooked and prepared. The food portions are also very large(very much worth the money). The staff continued to check up on us during our meal(asking if we needed anything/how we were doing). Even though we couldn’t finished all our food(we got stuffed), the staff offered to go boxes for us the take the rest home. Overall 10/10 experience. Will be visiting again!

If you have food allergies avoid at all costs. Waitresses assured me I could order and there was no shellfish. I had the worst gut feeling and asked them to check their fish sauce as they had promised there was no shellfish. My intuition was correct. Their fish sauce contains shellfish. Obviously I want to live so I canceled my order.

It's a great place for huge portions!!! The food has always been fresh, with no moldy bean sprouts. 100% delicious.

The table is a little lopsided in the restaurant.

Unfortunately some of the workers can't speak English very well. Every time I went I had some difficulty ordering or asking questions about the menu. This doesn't stop me though, because the food is that good! Try the boba too!

Great food and service. Such an improvement, the remodel looks so mich nicer. Clean and inviting. We had the chicken teriyaki and steak pho. Both were delicious! Will definitely be back soon.

Ordered the pho combination and received just beef with uncooked noodles. The pancake was paper thin, cold and hard :( Maybe they are better dine in. I would not recommend any have their Vietnamese pancake.
