Ok. Updated to my JITB review. The one on Wheaton Way is ahhhh-maaazzing. The manager Krista is top tier. And the other night we went thru and the best dang dude with the sparkle shoes was there !! Made my night. He is still the most friendly, courteous and respectful person that’s ever worked in the Fast Food Industry. Not only do those 2 employees deserve raises, but they deserve recognition. FF is hard. The industry is primarily made up of HS students or dropouts that generally don’t care. 🤷♀️ so when you find employees that DO care? You gotta give them props. Also the smash burger is the bomb. Oh and 1 more thing @jackinthebox !! BRING BACK THE SMOKE SHOW BONELESS WINGS !!! Please !!! 🤤🤤🏆 that is all.

The worst server st the counter. She had an attitude. Watched her handle money then stocked cups by putting her hands inside the cup to take them from the sterile wrap that they come in. She acted like she was mad at the world. She's not a good person to work in food business. I will never Return to this location.

Kind of run down, had one of those 100 flavor soda machines, and it only had Coca-Cola and rootbeer. Everything else was empty. It took longer than it should have to get my food. And the restrooms were locked maybe that's a Washington thing.
The team tonight was… indescribable. We waited in line for 34 minutes waiting to even pay. When we got our food, things were missing. The guy working the window was a bit erratic. He was yelling at his co worker for help and was ignored the first few times until she finally walked over. I understand they are short staffed and behind on orders, however flailing and cursing and being obnoxious in front of customers is not okay. The receipt said his name was “Porsche B”. This location has gone downhill over the last year and it’s so sad to see. How the employees were tonight is not okay at all. I hope something gets done because wow…

I'm sorry second time visit in a month but they cannot cook the way that I remembered Jack in the box used to cook. For example, I received an ultimate cheeseburger and it looked like I ordered a Jr cheeseburger and it was smashed and thin and too much sauce. It has alot of sauce originally but they don't have a light or easy button. I say this burger is good but the presentation is everything and decades of the same thing and then you are wondering what this is??

The girl working the window today was extreamly rude. Her tone was horrible and you could tell she just didn't care or want to be there at all. I didn't love all my jobs in fast food by any means, its draining, but I never let my attitude reflect on customers. Taleigha was her name and this was at 11:50 on 5/23/25.
