Personally, after eating any jack in the box, I spend the following morning on the toilet. My system just can't tolerate their food anymore. But when I ate here, they were the only place open on Thanksgiving night, lol. Anyhow, it tasted good. My gut would disagree. They seemed alright. And they are much better than the west side jack in the box. Which from my would get all 1 stars

LOVE this location. I live nearby and always look forward to the customer service here. Everyone is always friendly. They often have people wait for a couple minutes out front for food but I’d always rather have it fresh tbh

Is it over half an hour to get my order. I originally ordered online. When I arrived at the restaurant drive-thru to pick up my order there was only one car in front of me with the $12 order which was still on the screen as I passed the kiosk. It took over 20 minutes just to advance to the window even though there was just one car in front of me with a small order. When I arrived and picked up my order I asked how long it had been sitting and I was told "not long". I checked the time stamp on the receipt and it had actually been over 15 minutes since the item was bagged. They did offer to remake the order which I picked up inside and were courteous. But I'm really not quite understanding what the holdup was, or why they weren't more conscientious about my order being fresh rather than sitting around for so long.
Inside the store as my ice was partially melted by this point I used the freestyle machine to refresh my ice and beverage. The beverage was the right color but absolutely flavorless so the machine wasn't being maintained properly to dispense an actual syrup soda mix that tasted like an actual soft drink.
not sure if it's staffing or what but honestly I don't think I would recommend this particular restaurant.

I give 2 stars for service, it really shouldn't take 20 minutes to make 1 burger and a small fry... Guess the employees are too busy smoking weed? (It truly reeked of pot when the window was opened, even though there's a "no smoking" sign on the window.) Seems they even forgot what I ordered and they had to ask me again, even though I was practically the only order at the time other than 1 other car that pulled up later. I rate 1 star for atmosphere, it felt like I was going to get mugged in my car with what sounded like people fighting around the corner, and overall lack of communication. 4 stars for food, it's a good burger, but I really wouldn't recommend this drive-thru to anybody, at night at least. Pretty expensive too for what I ordered, over $17. Not worth it.

They do not understand the simple difference between the words boneless and bone-in. The employee looked at me like I was an idiot when I told them they told me they were boneless. They gave me no word that they don't offer boneless despite me ASKING and then ordering BONELESS wings. No "sorry we don't offer that," just gave me the completely wrong order and looked at me like I'm an idiot when I told them.
