Wow. Either Jack in the Box is going downhill or this location is really bad. I place an order through Doordash. You would think it wouldn't be that difficult to add a straw or napkins or the sauce that is supposed to accompany an egg roll? Apparently, this location finds it a hassle to add simple things like that. Also, they lack quality control. I ordered two cookies that weren't included, yet it was clearly on the receipt and I paid for both. Either they can't take time to double check an order before sending off, or they can't read. Either way is unacceptable. In addition, they used to have a decent sized bowl for their teriyaki chicken meal. The size has been cut in half. But you know what hasn't been cut in half? The price! For $35 I should have gone to a restaurant and enjoyed great service and better bang for the buck. Shame on me. Next time...

My husband and I went to order i ordered a Gremlins late night and my husband ordered a munchie meal at 6:53pm and got our food at 7:35 asked for a refund but couldn't get it because no manager the lady Amber D was not wearing gloves when making and grabbing the fries and tacos very greasy and burnt poor service

We were in the drive through 10/18 at 8:20ish and were literally the only people in the drive through start to finish. We ordered a #17 and a #18 combos. We got to the window and waited literally 10 minutes to get our food and when waiting one of the workers opened the window and said “hey it’ll be a bit longer we forgot about the sausage burrito.” Which seems negligent considering we were the only ones there and we’ve been watching that same worker with another stand and talk the entire time at their desk area. When we finally got our meals that we paid $30 for it was only the burritos and they were legit cold!! And we didn’t realize this until after we drove off but they also didn’t put our hash browns in the bag. Thirty dollars down the drain and time wasted. Thx for nothing I guess.

Always out of everything including sodas. Didn’t put cheese on my burger and was put together terribly. Didn’t give me my fries. Lazy and didn’t toast the bread on the toasted sourdough burger.
