We placed a mobile order for pick up. Got there right at pick up time. Waited like 30mins inside before we finally got to cancel our order because they were prioritizing drive thru and had no idea when our food would be ready 🤷♀️ what's the point of ordering in advance on the app if they only service the drive thru? Why don't they just shut down orders here?
