Burnt Chicken Nugget
I ordered the breakfast sandwich with a vanilla iced coffee, and the cinnamon churro french toast sticks. The coffee did not taste good, or like cold brew at all. It tasted like hot coffee poured over ice, so it was really watered down. The breakfast sandwich was ok. The egg was a little wet, so it dripped on my hands.The cashier spoke in a condescending tone to me. On the receipt, the name of the cashier said her name was Tony.I got my food, sat at the table. A couple of tables were dirty, even though it was empty.Then, a guest had an altercation with the staff. I did not get much context, but the man was yelling at the staff for calling the cops on him. They accused him of being creepy, and a stalker. He said "been here for hours?! We just pulled up!!" I did not hear what the lady on the phone said to the man, but he replied, "That was last night, we came here to eat. We ate here!" and he left angrily. I was about to pack up my food and leave, but Tony went and locked the doors. She then went and reassured everyone she locked the doors, and went back to the door, opened it, stuck her head out the door and yelled/sneered at the man, "Have a nice daaay-ay!" Which I thought was very immature, and also unsafe for the guests and staff. If you feel unsafe enough to lock the doors on someone, you should not go back outside to yell at them and make them angrier.

Xmas day. The chicken nuggets were dinky for a buck each, ordered a sourdough Jack, got a sour dough breakfast sandwich at 2:30 pm. The sandwich which I got in error, had an over-cooked egg with rubbery bacon on bone dry toast, no butter, no sauce of any kind. The jr bacon was dinky, with 2 little scraps of bacon on a dry bun, just a tiny dollop of ketchup $4.50. Then filling my drink. They were out of ice and the soda was flat. Wow. So the sourdough meal which they got wrong, curly fry upgrade, 4 piece nuggets and Jr bacon cheeseburger was $27. Un freakin believable. Would have gone back to get the order replaced and lodge a complaint but we had a ferry to catch and not enough time to go back.

They let employees steal money and get away with it. Theft should mean police report. Other employees see what goes on. Too bad I’m contacting corporate because there must be some favoritism going on. I wonder if they’ll like that a couple hundred was stolen by employee Steven Snell and then the police weren’t called.

Don't really appreciate spending $15 on cold fries and a burger so cold the cheese wasn't even melted.
