Don't follow delivery instructions, don't make the sandwiches correctly. 43 dollars for 2 meals is too much money to spend to be let down for those reasons.

Good food I recommend the #10, add Bacon. I work at the Bremerton one so this may be unfair put the sandwich is still delicious. Add jalapeno ranch to that sandwich too.

I cancelled an order over the phone moments after accidentally placing it at the wrong location through the app. This was almost a month ago and was assured they would cancel it. They charged me 8 hours later and I did not pick up or receive the sandwiches. For the past month I’ve tried working with Jimmy John’s customer service who told me they would have the owner of this franchise reach out directly within 24 hours. This has not happened and now corporate stopped replying to my emails so I have to resort to disputing through my credit card company. Very annoying and will never buy sandwiches here again.

Well, third time is not the charm. We ordered some of favorite sandwiches again, asked to add cheese. Guess what? For the third time, JJs forgot to add it. A couple dollars each sandwich, each time. I recommend you open your sandwich and check before you leave.

Be aware when children are eating In restaurant to control music content, language & volume of staff. Food was fine, staff was yelling full volume at each other, making inappropriate jokes & playing profane music.

Staff was friendly. Although there were two mistakes in our order, both were fixed right away.#12 is my favorite. Didn't see first time that lettuce, tomato, and mayo come on all sandwiches. Well engender from now on to ask for no mayo.Salt and vinegar chips have a really strong flavor. BBQ chips are really good and so aren't the original.

Picked up my mobile order and walked into three people working none of which were paying attention to the counter, I had to interrupt their conversation about drugs and who they are “******** after work to ask for cups for the order. Got home and realized that my sandwiches did not have the guacamole or extra bacon that I had to pay 8 extra dollars for. The quality and service was as great as it ever was- awful

I'd order this one again.The restaurant is clean and the staff are attentive.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: The environment is not too busy.Parking: Their are about 5 or 6 spots. Free parking in a paid lot.Dietary restrictions: It's an order as you go; if there's something you don't want on your sub, they are happy to accommodate.
