Went to KFC. Great expectations! Ordered a pot pie! What happened? I thought it was a white meat pie. Nice whit chunks with those 12 herbs and spices. Yum. But throw in dark chunks. And boom the herb and spice taste disappears. I'm from the south. Ate the colonels chicken for decades
The food is gross, that is an objective fact. But that's not why KFC gets 5 stars from me. This particular KFC gets 5 stars from me because of the unbearable guilt I now am burdened with.Long story short I got some tenders and a spicy sandwhich a little bit ago. Drove in horrible road conditions for chicken strips. Food was good. Just disappointed. No honey or butter for biscuit. No bbq sauce even though they asked what sauce I wanted. I did however get 10 packets of ranch I didn't ask for which was thrown out. Next time I'll try Popeyes chicken.
