They are very kind and accommodating at the bakery. I got the caramel topped brownie and two slices of New York cheesecake on Monday. It was shared and the cheesecake was a definite hit. The brownie was loved as well. 😁

We love this wonderful little bakery. We won’t buy our bread anywhere else. The ingredients are real and filled with goodness, not mass produced from grocery stores. The pastries, especially the scones are amazing. Their cheesecake is divine.

Yummy, fresh, locally made bakery products. Dave’s Insane Loaf is probably our favorite but we’ve never hated anything we’ve gotten there.

We have loved everything we have tried. The conchas and vinnamon raisin bread are the best I have ever had,!

I came out to Bremerton for the day to try a couple local bakeries.I have worked in the bakery industry before and have delt with pastries and breads from several different countries and cultures. That said, the product in this bakery was outstanding. I had a lemon shortbread tart that was delicious and also purchased a loaf of Russian dark rye to take home. It was one of the best rye loaves I have ever had. The owner was very attentive and even followed up with me outside to ask me how I liked it while I inhaled it next to my motorcycle. I will definitely re-visit this spot.

Our family has tried pan cubano, corn bread, focaccia, cookies , cheesecake and bagels. Hands down some of the most delicious we’ve had in the area. We’ll be back for more. 😋

These aren’t normal baked goods, this is the handiwork of an ARTISAN. I decided to stop in because I’ve been traveling a while and had no groceries in the house. Frankly, I’m disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner since I live up the street. It smells amazing in there and I love that I can see the work station in the back which just makes this place feel really authentic (because it is). The owner is super friendly, the selection is top notch, and as for as I’m concerned, I’m never buying baked goods from a grocery store ever again. See you soon!

So this is the second time I visited Los Encantos. Let start with the selection… oh my oh my! The name says it all, World Bakery! As someone who has travel lots (not to brag but for facts) I can assure you this place has amazing all over the world breads. From the amazing Foccacia, jalapeño corn bread, Cuban bread, all the sweets you are in for a treat. I tried their Pan Sobao, is literally my favorite bread in the whole world and is also nostalgic because it reminds me of home. Is amazing. I made a fantastic egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich… my wife exclaimed ooooohhh we are in Puerto Rico. I can’t wait to continue to try all the breads they offer. Thank you los encantos I will see you next week!
