UPDATE: Whoa...we got tres leches a few weeks ago for a special bday, and I think it was missing the leches. It was dry as a bone. What happened? ?
The best tres leches cake EVER. Ask for a slice when you go (it's in the fridge and sells quickly!)

OMG! I’ve been meaning to try Los Encantos Bakery for a while now. I finally did today and I am so sorry I waited so long. I pre-ordered the Irish Soda bread and the Hokkaido Milk bread and both were delicious. The flavors were perfect and the textures the best. I am a butter girl. I put it on everything. Both of these breads were so good, I didn’t need to put butter on either of them. I was so impressed with the delicious breads and the incredible availability and so much variety. The owner/baker was there and I had a very enjoyable conversation about the Irish Soda bread. This bakery is a true gem and I recommend everybody try it. You’ll go back for more-I can guarantee.

One of the best Russian Rye loafs my family has had in years.
My wife and I have been making this bakery a routine of our Saturday mornings! Everything made there is absolutely astounding and I can't recommend it enough. We are big fans of the concha's, babka, cinnamon rolls and brownies! I wish them all the success!

When i first walked in the aroma was wonderfull. I got there late in the afternoon so what i initially wanted was sold out. No worries, I adapted. I got two cookies one that was a mint with granach and a chocolate chip cookie. They were awesome. What I like best is that they weren't sickningly sweet. Great flavor. Then I also got a brownie crust cheese cake with granach drizzle. Oh my goodness. Yummy. You have to go there. It is located next door to where Hi-Lo's used to be
